Here’s what happened: The monitor worked flawlessly at three different hotels during the trip I purchased it for. But now, despite following the same setup routine, the monitor does not power on. I tested the power cord by connecting it to my phone, and it successfully charged my phone, so the cord seems fine. I also ensured all connections between the monitor and my computer were secure, but the monitor remains unresponsive. I’m extremely disappointed as the monitor was excellent during the trip. I’m unsure if this is a one-time issue or a sign of a more significant problem. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance on how to resolve this issue.

This is exactly what I needed. My work is so efficient, and I can multitask across all five screens simultaneously and seamlessly. I had trouble getting it set up on my end correctly at first, but I emailed the company, and their customer service was above and beyond. They helped me get set up precisely as I needed. Great pair of screens to increase your real estate while on trips, or if your workplace is bringing you back onsite and they're too cheap to buy second monitors. It folds up nice and thin, so it's essentially like carrying a second thing laptop with you. The main detractors are that when you unplug it, it doesn't keep the same settings, such as brightness and contrast, so you have to readjust those every time. It wouldn't be so bad, but it defaults to 10%. The other thing I don't like is the kick stand. It works great for holding the screen up, but if you want to use the built in screw holes to mount it, you have to open the kick stand up because it blocks the connection ports when closed. This is a major design flaw and limits usability. I see some small screws on the kick stand, so the kick stand may be removable if you're permanently mounting it to a monitor bracket.

This was easy to set up, it works just fine, and it was such a low price that I just didn’t expect to love it so much. I use it when I want to sit outside by the pool to work. It’s very portable and fast to set up… love it!

I bought 2 of these and had multiple issues getting them to work together. The customer service the seller provided was INCREDIBLE! We shared pictures, videos, many emails and they never gave up on this! After much research and hard work they helped me find a solution to get all the screens to work. I could not be happier with their response times and desire to help make the situation right. I highly recommend this product since I am finding the monitors extremely useful, good quality and a customer service team that stands behind their product!

Loved this when I got it. Travels greats (have always kept in original box to keep it safe) and I travel a lot…. But then got to a hotel and just wouldn’t turn on. Worst case scenario when you’re working from random places. I have two of these and the other still works so tried switching all the cables to be sure that wasn’t the issue. Just won’t turn on screen- No way to contact company for warranty or support. Disappointed.

Overall a good buy, would buy again, but for gods sakes can you fire the person who decided to place and program those buttons on the back? The monitors lose the brightness setting you set previously. Actually one of them retains it, the other doesn’t. So you find yourself struggling with poorly designed buttons on the back of each monitor to adjust settings every time you turn it on. Otherwise, solid physical design and acceptable (as advertised) video quality. Just ditch the button designer.
