It's a fantastic ladder in the way that it compacts but 2 things you must remember whenever using. 1) It's easy to unlock each step to where it pinches your fingers or hands and 2) the most important thing, your stability hooks are as solid as your eaves is. So if your eaves is coming detatched from the house in places, you don't want to get a false sense of security with this. Be careful no matter that safeguards you have. ... show more

This ladder is extraordinarily dangerous. It’s a very flimsy, and the cross braces won’t lock such that when used as a stepladder it is constantly in danger of collapsing. Amazingly, the cross braces fold downwards rather than upwards- see photo. A quick solution is to reverse them, so that they fold upwards and are held in place by gravity. But that’s just a quick and dirty solution. When collapsing it back down, this ladder could easily break fingers. It’s amazing that this company is able to continue selling this without being sued for liability. ... show more
