IF YOU ARE 250+LBS do NOT buy! This thing bows like crazy. On top of that, after using it ONCE the clips that allow it to extend and close failed. The feet are circular, and don’t adjust to pitch like most extending ladders. I went up about 12’ and felt unstable and unsafe, and I’ve used many extension ladders. Spend the money and get a Louisville. Cherry on top, the Velcro used to secure it when it’s not in use, was backward and required twisting to work.

This ladder is excellent in every way! It was everything I was hoping it would be as I have needed to clean my home's gutters & downspouts as well as do some tree trimming. It is very well-made, rugged & sturdy, and also so easy to assemble/extend as well as dis-assemble/retract--and the locking mechanisms work perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with it--'Five Stars' in every way!

Don't get me wrong, I knew what I was purchasing and since it's an aluminum ladder that means you can expect that sense of being flimsy compared to wood and fiberglass ladders. I trust the physics of this ladder but after yesterday, I don't trust the components. I've only had this thing for a little more than a month, but already, and after only 5 uses, I've noticed it doesn't open and close as easily anymore, almost like it's rusty. The real concern I have is when simply collapsing it back down, one of the wrungs came out of place and now I have a bowling spare section instead of a simple box and can't close it. That's very concerning for the 5th wrung up because if it did that just from me collapsing the ladder for storage, which still doesn't require much pounds of force despite that rusty feeling, that tells me not to trust the rest of the wrungs with my 230 pounds of body weight. You can be as careful as can be going up and down a ladder, but that pounds of pressure from climbing is significantly more than what a human can do with their arms alone. So no, this was a terrible investment for my needs especially since I've only climbed high enough for my eye level of 6 feet to be looking at the 3rd from the top wrung. In my intuitive wisdom opinion, these types of ladders are probably best to not extend more than 10 feet. Especially when the wrungs are only secured by a rubber gasket on a smoot aluminum pole with as far as I can tell no other support like bolted to the poles would have been better.

Absolutely awful. Foot pads are a hard rubber, they're concaved wrong in that they don't provide full contact with the surface. And the biggest flaw is that the rungs are way further apart then a ladder is normally. This makes for a difficult and very unsafe climb, especially when coming down on it. Buyer beware. Horrible product.

I received this ladder as a new item. I was not in original package and clearly heavily used. If I wanted a used ladder would have bought a cheaper one.
