This table is so beautiful and compact. I love the storage underneath as well. Its not flimsy and the quality seems to be good for the price point. It easily wipes down and I haven’t noticed any makor issues. I docked two stars because my middle table extension arrived broken. Since I cannot use it I cant make the table bigger which was initially a major selling point for me. After reading the cost to ship it back was tremendous I have to live with the table being less versatile than expected. Continued; I change my review from a 3 to a 5 star due to this company without me asking mailing me the table unbroken to ensure my table was as described. This time it arrived unbroken. This is a beautiful table! I gave it 4 stars only because the price went down as it was being shipped! I tried calling Amazon to see if they could price match their own product and all they offered me was a measly ten dollars. The price of the item dropped by by about $30. The item hadn’t even reached my home yet. It is a beautiful, sturdy, well made table and quite easy to put together. The table came damaged. I expect some minor defects for the price, but it came with two large cracks in the side of the table top. Was going to return, but a return requires paying to ship a nearly 100 lb package. Wouldn’t advise buying due to it coming with cracks and the hassle of coordinating a return of a heavy package that will be expensive to ship. ... show more

The table set is gorgeous, I already received compliments about it . The only thing I can say is that chairs remains a little outside due to the base / storage. It makes people leaning forward to eat. The expansion piece is marvelous and fully extend to accommodate six chairs.
