My dog is already on 800mg Gabapentin 2-3 times a day, CBD oil twice a day, Osteo Bi-Flex at dinner, as well as another vitamin power, but decided to try this because I’m hoping to relieve more of his arthritis pain, as well as pain from his degenerative spine disease. He’s been able to walk more - 2 big city blocks instead of just 1. Maybe it’s the fried egg, or freshly cooked chicken, or maybe it’s this powder, but he’s seemingly extra happy to be eating his food. He’s a Lab/Great Dane who just turned 13, and really want him to stick around for a few more years - provided I can keep him comfortable enough to have a good quality of life. Well let me start off by saying I never really write reviews. But this product deserves one. I have a almost 10 year old 110 LB black lab, he’s not overweight at all either, everyone always asks if he is mixed with a Great Dane lol. Very early on the vets told me he was going to develop severe arthritis. About 3 or 4 years ago he started getting very sore from playing, had a hard time getting up from sleep position etc, so that’s when I started him on extend. He improved dramatically although I didn’t really ever give the extend all the credit since I also started him on some CBD at the same time. About 10 days ago I ran out of extend and I was about to go on a vacay and thought I’d just order more when I got home and it would make the dog sitters life easier since it was one less thing. When I came home at about day 6 of him not being on extend he was being extremely slow, hanging his head low, having a real hard time getting up, etc and at that time I hadn’t connected the dots on why. By day 8 of no extend he was crying when he got up, literally broke my heart, had to carry him down the porch steps to go potty ( not an easy task with a 110 lb dog if your wondering ) and just wanted to sleep all day. He is usually an extremely active dog despite his age and his chronic arthritis. By day 10 I got his extend in the mail and got him back on it immediately. He is already getting better again 1.5 days later. This product literally changes his life it’s hard to believe that he goes from damn near crippled to a happy mobile active dog again, I’ll make sure I never run low again. Seriously makes a world of difference for him.

My 81/2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog Bernice was so bad due to compression in her spine and hip and joint problems she got to the point where she couldn't get up. I have had her since 9 weeks and have never been closer to a dog, she was affected in both hind areas and her right leg. I am disabled now and unable to give her any assistance with lifting her as she weighted over 100 lbs. I finally had to call the fire department to lift her into my car and myself and my caregiver drove her to her vet. There was little hope she would ever walk on her own again, and I would have to but her down. I just wasn't ready to believe that, I left her at the vet for 5 days for intense steroid and physical therapy treatment. When I came back she was doing better but still required lift belts to get up and walk and with my disability there was no way I could take her home like that. I still couldn't give up, I sat with her in the vet room praying to God and telling Bernice the only way she can home with me is if she can get up and walk all by herself with no help. I talk to her about remember when mommy couldn't walk and I had to wor real hard to walk again. The vet didn't think it would happen but agreed to give her two more days of intense therapy. In those two day I ran across a story on the internet about a guy who left a drug in testing with a couple that helped their elderly crippling dog. I followed it to find out it became Extend Joint Care and I ordered some right away from Amazon. When I went to pick up Bernice from the vet two days later I was prepared for the worst of having to put her down,instead what I got was my beautiful girl walking on her own very happy to see me. The vet said she didn't know what we talked about that day but Bernice made a miraculous turn around, however she was still on high dosages of steroids which were hurting her liver and causing skins sore and terrmendes hair loss. Since she has been home within 10 days of being on Extend we and others that would come over began to notice huge differences in her ability to get up and move around as the weeks went on as she took Extend with working closely with her vet we reduced the steroid dosages until she has been completely off them for over 6 weeks. She continues to take Marin a liver supplement to help with the damage from the steroids. But other then that she eats Purina One Chicken & Rice food made to specializes in joint, hair, organs, etc, Extend Joint Care and we have added 2 scoops of Nupro Dog supplement made by the same company which as completely cleaned up all her skin issues and her hair is growing in gorgeous. She has a Day once in while when she's a little stiff, but still always gets up on her own eats like a champ, and best of all as become my best friend again. We don't go everywhere like we always did before, she did agility,she was a therapy dog at the local hospital, always went to festivals and beaches, parks and shops with me she is just an amazing dog. But because of both our disabilities we enjoy our time in our ways and I am glad to say I trusted Bernice and are connection by giving her and the Lord the time needed instead of giving up hope and putting her down. Thank You Extend Bernice and I will always be a loyal customer forever, I have even started my 31/2 Bernese Mountain Dog Penelope on the joint care daily as a proactive measure to ensure her joints stay good as she grows older. I was using the product for my 2 dogs. Was. Very satisfied but had to put both dogs down due to there health. I canceled my orders but your still sending it. Please 🙏 stop
