Packaging was terrible... probably part of the reason for the dents...i really needed it and since the dents were on the underside near the cab...I decided to install it. I have a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500... fits perfectly. No issues. One of the buckles is broken... I'll see how the service is... but my voice to keep it. Pretty slick looking. I purchased based more on when I could get it than what I got. 8/19/22 Solid performer. My first and only purchase of this type. My last truck was an Avalanche and the cover was part of the truck. I wanted similar performance....be able to stand on it, slick/fluid look from the side and rear...and functional, folding in 3 separate gaps/sizes...ALL GOOD. I'd say the mechanism to unlock and initiate each section is fine. There is some doubt whether the cable will break...it feels sloppy underneath...but time and time...performs. The cover has a vinyl layer...finishing layer...to it and mine began peeling. I cut a full length slice off and covered with Gorilla tape...the look is good enough until I come up with a more lasting solution. I think I'll scrape it all off and spray with either Plasti-dip (I've used this on my Avalanche and it held up) or some other home covering like Rhino spray. Its meant more so to be a visual component than a functional one. I have no plans on exploring the warranty. I believe the product delivered.

Very nice looking cover. Especially compared to the ones that don't sit flush with your bed. My only complaint and the reason for four stars, although this may not be the manufacturer's fault and simply a consequence of making it watertight. The tailgate now requires a little effort to open. And the remote control to open it is now rendered useless because of this. But if you want a nice cover like this it is a trade off you will have to accept.

As other mentioned, the quality is very questionable. Yes, I do like the product, it looked awesome at first, and it fits perfectly on the new body style of the Silverado 1500. Mine look decent for a few months, others within weeks, but I got a little longer before the cover started to really look bad and now it is even peeling off from some of the corners and it is just look bad for year and half old. Yes, I am trying to reach out from the vendor as it is covered for three years with Warranty. I will keep y'all post it on how easy/difficult it is to warranty this product.

Came in covered in metal shavings. One of the pieces of hard foam used as a bumper when you open it had tape stuck to it that I can’t remove without tearing it. The release handle wasn’t pulling evenly on both sides so I had to adjust one of the latches but the screw holes were stripped. So then I had to move the entire latch mechanism which meant drilling new pilot holes and moving the screws. Even after that the release didn’t pull evenly so I had to move that mechanism. I had to move it about 3/16” which meant that the Long plastic cover had to be cut shorter and the short one was now too short. Because of the price I expected perfection not something that I would have to modify immediately just to get it to work correctly. That said, now that it does work it is really nice.

I got this for my 2019 Chevy Silverado. It fits beautifully and looks AMAZING. I love the seamless design. I gave it 4 stars because it does let in some water and there were 2 plastic clips to hold the rods back when folded open were broken when it arrived. HOWEVER, I called Extang and they sent me replacements out right away, cannot wait to get them. :) Otherwise, I am very happy I decided to go with this cover.

I have had many tonneau covers before, but this is by far the best. very east installation plus looks very clean. the box was mis-delivered to another city and finally got to me. there were a few damaged plastic parts but the cover itself was fine. customer service for extang was fantastic. after less than 10 minutes on hold, I talked to a very friendly representative who understood exactly what I needed and said I would have the parts in a week. less than a week later, the parts I needed arrived. I know they have no control over shipping damage, but they back their product 100%. thank you extang!

Very easy install,fits perfectly,looks great,easy to operate. One of the plastic clips that hold the prop rod was broken, and the cover had a lot of metal shavings all over it.
