I bought the 150-200 hp size based on reviews and I put it on my Suzuki 140 hp outboard. It fits great and is going to be a perfect defense against the FL sun and birds that like to build a next inside the cowl. I may have been able to use the smaller one but this is snug enough that it's not oversized at all. The foot might be a couple of inches longer than necessary but I would prefer that over struggling to get it on and off. I won't be using this for trailering and only when at home on the side of the house. I expect it to last a good long time. I am really happy with this cover!!!

Being a universal sized cover, was concerned how big or small this would be upon arrival. It ended up being an absolutely perfect fit for my 200 horsepower 4-stroke Suzuki. Couldn't have fit any better and the quality appears to be good.

This is the 100hp cover. It is on a 40hp EFI big foot mercury. Remember to do as ad states....measure before ordering. Yes it matters. Also worth noting that this motor was on a aluminum bass boat so it had the whale tail on it. The covers are NOT cut to go over that. It makes the lower unit part too wide for the cover. I have since put the motor on a pontoon boat that this motor was intended for. I removed the whale tail and had no problem installing it. Due to the motor mount , you cannot expect it to close up like a zip lock bag, but it closes pretty good. I always wondered why someone would put a cover on the hood of an outboard motor and leave the rest exposed. This cover takes care of that.

Quality is pretty good, fit not even close , I bought a 30 -60 horsepower extra room . for my 30 horsepower susuki outboard, I measured didn’t go by hp , probably a 90 horsepower for a 30 would fit perfectly, not returning it, I just used it to cover my lower unit, and bungee straps for the winter
