The Physical therapist had me tying bands around my thighs and stretching but they always popped open. I bought these they are strong and do the job better. So much included here, many tube bands marked clearly what weight also handles, a bag, then I saw a black wheel with straps, no idea what it was and in searching the instructions it was the part to attach above the door when you close the door and attach your clips on bands. These are quality not cheap. Fun and easy to work with. Many selections on bands for starters too. All look firmly attached to each other won’t snap, built to last . Absolutely 1st class, within a month I was able to simulate all the training I was doing in the gym. have been using the bands 6 years without complaint. I work with a couple of sets and replace a set every two years which is no issue at all given the price point. The old sets are still good, but the resistance is down a bit so I bundle them together for legs n back.... ... show more

After my back surgery my Physical Therapist used these to strengthen my core and to help with my gait. They are very easy to use and I can increase the resistance level as I progress. They fit into a small bag making them easy to take with me.

    • Be gentle--I've broken two of my bands so far

The price is low and these bands make it easy to hook on and around things, making them very useful. I've gotten some good use out of them over the past 5 months. But just know that they are light-duty bands. If you are really stretching them, be sure to use multiple bands. I first broke the black band since it was supposedly the strongest. But I quickly learned to use multiple and still broke two of them when using 3 at a time. So you might need to use 4 or 5 at a time if you're really pulling hard. They break at the bond for the hook--that appears to be the weak point. ... show more
