I've owned this blanket for a year or so. It is large, I bought the 90x104 inches version. it is still soft, i wash it maybe once a month on soft/light tumble for washing machines. I have a twin size bed and this blanket is like 1.5x the size of the bed, but it is fine because the extra lets me tumble with the blanket to get comfortable, without running out of blanket to grab or wad up in certain ways that get me comfortable. Also when folded up halfway or more, makes a nice pad place for my doggo to sleep on, again comfy. this review is after a year of use, im it's, the blanket, huddled up around me now, to warm for summer months, tho soft and nice to lazy on or use. best in winter months or when a bit cold, it hold heat like crazy. if the product is the same as when i bought it a year ago, highly recommend. big, comfy, soft, holds up after washings. ... show more

I bought the 50x70 throw, the queen, and the king size. I say it is odd because it feels so lightweight and soft, that it almost feels like it isn't even touching me. Even though it is very lightweight, it is actually warmer than the 2 blankets I was sleeping under. I keep the room cold with a fan, and sometimes I would still need a sheet with the 2 blankets to hold my body heat in because the fan freezes me out. I am currently under this new king blanket. I thought I would have to double it over to stay warm but I don't. Even under a single layer, I can't feel the air from the fan blowing through it. It is as if the longer fibers are a extremely lightweight but thick insulation. I also don't seem to get too hot under it. I am bad about wrapping up in a cocoon because I'm freezing, and then waking up soaked in sweat like I ran a marathon because i got way too hot. So far, this seems to retain just enough heat, but not too much. If you think the price is a good deal, it is definitely worth it. ... show more
