I have previously purchased another large dresser of this brand (Nov 2022) and had no issues at all, so when I found another of the same size nearly half-priced from Amazon warehouse, I bought it. The original delivery date was supposed to be within a week of purchase, otherwise I would not have thrown away my son's older, much smaller upright dresser. The company amazon used to ship this, NSD, has terrible customer service and though the dresser was actually going to arrive early, it sat at a hub in my state for nearly 3 weeks. I contacted Amazon and NSD every couple days to try to get a scheduled delivery confirmed, as I work night shift. No one could help or even tell me where the dresser was. Amazon eventually resided to telling me the dresser was marked as "lost" and refused to ship me the same one (probably since mine had been in used liked new condition from the warehouse, discounted). Amazon was going to refund my original price. I refused. Amazon would not reach out to the shipping company for a status. Amazon sent me an email making it look like I received the dresser and that I wished to return it, so I was contacted by a different shipping Co to try to arrange return of a dresser I hadn't received! After refusing a refund, I called NSD twice more and was finally told it had been scanned and is on the truck. They showed up without calling in advance but I finally got the dresser nearly a month later. It was in perfect shape but was not the color toffee and white, which is white with a brown top, it was solid white. After all the hassle I kept it anyway because it was a good price and came without damage. I would continue to recommend these fully-assembled dressers by this brand on amazon, just know that you may encounter lengthy delivery delays without explanation and/or receive a color other than what you ordered. Quality is 5 stars (drawers glide smoothly and do not fall out, no assembly aside from adding feet) but knocked 2 for this delivery and lack of customer service from both NSD and amazon. ... show more

The dresser itself is very pretty, however for this expensive of a piece of furniture you expect a certain level of quality. The delivery process was extremely frustrating, multiple delays and the shipping company has no real phone number or way of contacting them. Amazon also couldn’t get in contact with them, even though this product is sold and shipped by Amazon?? Several days wasted waiting at home for delivery. The dresser seems very sturdy and it was nice that it comes out together except for the feet. We do love the style of the dresser. However, there are several cracks along the top decorative edging. The most frustrating is one of the drawer pulls came with no accent paint, so it’s just a dull dark silver and the rest have the pretty white paint. To me, it sticks out when looking at the dresser. We attempted to get a replacement drawer pull, but the company said they cannot send out individual parts and we would have to ship the entire dresser back and get a new one. We didn’t want to go through the awful delivery process again and also didn’t have enough time to wait a month to get a new dresser, so we ended up keeping the one we got even though it is not the quality we would expect for a $1,000 dresser. My husband says he can fix the drawer pull and cracks himself, just frustrating at this price point. ... show more

I have looked for a dresser for my bedroom for months. Finally found this one online that fit the color and size I needed. Very nervous about ordering sight unseen. But this item is BEAUTIFUL. Real wood. Heavy. Gorgeous design. Now, I know this is supposed to be a nursery piece. But we used it in our master bedroom, and it is GORGEOUS. Sturdy. Well made. Drawers are smooth. Holds alot.
