The bag is a little stiff and the zipper quality is poor when closing the bag it gets stuck and makes it difficult. Not very roomy and has only one interior pocket. Only thing I liked is the floral design. Returned

I got the same bag as other reviewers. Mine is not soft and subtle. Mine is rigid/stiff. I do like the look. The front is embossed, and the back is solid black with a gold zipper going across. The gold zipper opens to a pocket which is not quite large enough for my android. It would probably be used for keys. The inside hosts enough room for a wallet and a pair of glasses. Or, wallet and phone. If not glasses than a few small items. There's not much room in this purse. It would be great if it just replaced a clutch, or was used for wallet, keys, and a few small things. The inside has a slot pocket on one wall and a zippered pocket on the other. The stiffness/rigidity of this purse made it difficult for me to even get my hands into the purse to check the pockets. My BIGGEST problem with this purse is the zipper. As you can see, the top of the purse dips. So, the zipper dips too. The zipped-shut end of the zipper is fine. It ends where it should - at the top end of the bag. See pic. The other end of the zipper is longer than the purse. That's normal. Lots of purses do that. They have a longer zipper end that gets tucked down inside of the purse. The problem, in this case, is when you try getting anything out of the purse the zipper head re-tracks back on the zipper. Long story shorter, there's great difficulty zipping this purse. If you have the long zipper end tucked down into the purse, you can't zip the purse with the retracked zipper. If the zipper end sticks out, as in the pics, you can zip the purse easier but that zipper end sticking out isn't pretty. This purse has lots of potential. It looks great. It doesn't hold much, it's stiff, and the zipper is difficult. The zipper end will just have to stay out in order to zip it up. I consider the price right if you're looking for a purse that's just for a few things.

This purse is super pretty, and the quality is amazing. I honestly feel like it’ll last decades because it’s put together so well. It’s also a great size and length for a shoulder bag! & I’m in love with the silver etching on the floral pattern. The only thing I would change about this bag that would elevate it so much and make it look more expensive is changing the hardware to silver. Not sure why the zipper and all the hardware is gold, when the details on the flowers are silver. It does cheapen it. But other than that, this purse is beautiful and a great price.
