This is going to be a bit long but please read thru it may help. I ordered this machine and it took about 2 weeks to get here at first only the box 3/3 showed up waited a day box 1/3 showed. Wondering what was going on and my order showed delivered i reached out to the company for answers. A few hours later I have a very professional response with all the tracking numbers and delivery dates for all boxes. Needless to say day 3 box 2/3 came. That friday i went to work putting it together it took me about 5 hours to do it solo was an easy out together just alot of parts. But let me tell you worth every penny and every second of my time this is a solid machine and I have had a few great workout since I finished set up. I highly recommend the use of this machine for your home gym. I recently bought this Smith machine on sale for $485, and I’m really impressed! It’s a fantastic entry-level weight rack, turning my home into a full gym with a variety of exercises. The setup was easy with clear instructions and labeled nuts and bolts. After lubricating the pulleys with sewing machine oil, it operates smoothly. While it isn’t the sturdiest, it gets the job done. Taller users might find the pulleys a little low, but for the price—especially compared to machines that cost upwards of $2,000—it's definitely worth it! Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase!

Evolpow M2D is a very sturdy multi functional cage, installation instructions are very vage, if you’re not a handy person will a difficult task. Product arrived in three different boxes in a very bad shape. A piece was missing specifically a weight sleeve, when contact customer service they were asking for a unboxing video or pictures of the missing part, like every body do unboxing video or photos, thanks god it was a easy replacement that I have to buy from other company. Overall is an average product, pulley system is a little rough and cables short, I am 6 feet tall so for cables extension is a little difficult, what a like the most are J hooks and the spotter arms.
