In the process of restoring a boat, I decided to replace the fuel hoses while I had the tank uncovered. This hose goes between the tank and engine. It meets the J1527 spec which means it’s reinforced so it won’t collapse when the engine is pulling fuel from the tank. It’s critical to get the J1527 spec for this fuel line. The vent hose does not need this spec as it’s not under negative pressure. The hose material is fuel rated. Great price and quick shipping to boot.
