You have to use the horns an clamps off the old tube but definitely is good quality rubber. If yours is cracked or damaged definitely buy this one

I didn’t have any issue putting this on. Took maybe 15 mins, with a 6 year old helping. It was warm when I did it though, so the rubber was pliable. I imagine it’d be a nightmare if it was cold and the rubber was stiff.
