The RTX 3080 FTW3 was definitely used and refurbished GPU. Is in excellent condition and works like new, Graphics Benched with great numbers on Haven and several other test programs. Fans are quite and it kept it's cool. All the LED's worked. This will run newer games fine as long as you don't turn all the bells and whistles on and expect 4K at 240 FPS. I run War Thunder and Horizon Zero Dawn on High Graphics at 1440P at 120 FPS V-Sync and they play like butter. Smoooooth! Rarely see temps in the 70 C range. Third one I have owned and very happy with this deal.

This card came well packaged and protected. I would recommend anti-static bags in the future though. In any case this looks practically brand new. Drivers installed easily. My fps coming from a 2060s actually tripled. And that’s with settings being on ultra in most games. This card stays cool and quiet even under load. Granted I have an open air case. Only one downside and it’s not really a downside. Just be prepared to have a lot of room. Luckily my case had a sideways installation option and it was a good work around. Lastly the deal. I would have paid $100 more for this honestly. It’s flawless so far and I’ve been running benchmarks. And playing games like Cyberpunk and Call of Duty. 10/10

Let me preface this by saying it took me a few months to get this card. Please do not buy from scalpers that double the price. I was fortunate enough to finally get one for a little over $800. With that said, this is a really nice card. It is replacing a 1080 Ti. It is really large and supports three 8-pin power connectors. It is suggested you have at least a 750 WT power supply, but EVGA has a power supply calculator while actually suggested I only needed a 600WT power supply. I went with the 750 to be safe. The card comes with a steel bracket to help prevent sagging. I did not install this, as I lay my PC on it's side in my entertainment center. But this is a very large and heavy card, so there will be some sag unless it is properly secured. The LED lights are nice. There is a program you can download from EVGA to control the colors and pattern of lights. Good luck on buying the card. Be patient and you will find one. I signed up to some twitter alert drops and was able to finally get one.

I've been playing Doom Eternal, Cyberpunk 2077 and other games with no problems. Went from a GTX 1080 to this card and glad I did. It's just a shame that you have to pay so much more than the manufacturer's price if you want it ASAP. Since I've bought the card I've noticed that the price has gone up and that tells me I probably would still be waiting as I write this review, if I would've purchased it directly from NVIDIA. An important fact, this card requires 3 power cables. Remember that. I went through some changes to put it mildly until I just went ahead and purchased a EVGA power supply that had all the cables I needed. I had the card for almost a month before I could use it. Secondly, its a big card. I have a midtower case and I got in there but you may have to move some cables around. Overall it's a monster of a card. Very capable.

This is my third EVGA FTW graphics card. I've had the 1070, 2070 Super and now this one. It's a strong card with superior build quality. Where the 2070 Super never touched 65 degrees in gaming, this has reached 71 degrees. While that's not very hot at all, it will warm a room easily. That's to be expected with a card this strong and with this many watts running through it. There's been no coil while and the card I received had black ends and not the infamous red "clown lips" as they've been referred to. I would purchase again. If you are going to get one of these, make sure you have good ventilation for it to dissipate heat. It runs everything well. I game at 1440p and with everything maxed out; even in more demanding titles like CyberPunk 2077 with ray tracing turned on. I haven't even overclocked it. I just don't see the need. With the framerates I get out of this, I'm sure it would handle 4K very well. One of the more superior 3080 cards available.

This gpu was pretty easy to install. However, it was very thick. It takes up 3 pci spaces. Luckily, I don't really use that many, so it wasn't a deal breaker. I am a little worried that it is too heavy for my motherboard. My case can't mount the included support bracket. An important note is that the gpu takes up a lot of power. It kept crashing on my 750 W power supply. It was easy to undervolt in MSI Afterburner which saved about 150 W. I haven't noticed any performance degradation from undervolting, so anyone with power issues should do it. I haven't used any of the overclocking features on this card, but I may in the future. In regard to value for money, it is $109.99 over MSRP, so keep that in mind. For me, this was the only 3080 available, so I was willing to pay that much. For performance, it runs really well. I'd recommend looking at 3080 benchmarks if you are interested.

Not sure I should be giving it 5 stars as I grossly overpaid for this item but it did deliver in less than 24 hrs, it was fully sealed, brand new. It was also, according to the UPS label, sent out by another very large, reputable on-line electronics retailer. I guess this is how they sell products on the down low as to not garner the wrath of Nvidea. Still the price was only $100 more than I sold my 2080ti for so I’m not mad at it. Plus the card kicks absolute a** and is the most powerful 3080 on the market. It barely fit in my Lian Li x Bruer case, which is very wide, so beware. Throughly impressed by the performance of the card and delivery time.

Purchased EVGA 10G-P5-3897-KR GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING, 10GB GDDR6X on October 18th 2023. I decided to go refurbished and save a few bucks because it said it was covered by Amazon for 90 days. On November 22nd my screen started freezing up . Not sure if it was overheating or whatever was happening. Was disappointed in this happening, so i tried to return so i could get another one, only to find out i couldn't return it because the warranty was only 30 days and that passed a couple days ago. I will be cautious and fearful of purchasing any products refurbished from Amazon because it seems that the 90 day Amazon isnt really 90 days, it can be just 30 days instead. Im losing my trust with Amazons refurbished warranties and would be cautious when trusting them.
