These pull-on jeans ("jeans") are awesome. This is my 3rd pair! Let me offer some sizing and fit advice, because that is what I struggled with when thinking about this purchase. For the past decade I have been in the size range of about 2-14 (thanks, petite pregnancy (x3) body!) In recent years I have become size S, small, 2-4. Sometimes XS/0-2, depending on the fit of that particular brand, sometimes M/6-8, you know how it goes. So, this new pair is a size 4 and it fits *almost* perfectly (still better than any regular jeans I have). My other two pairs of these particular pants are both size 6 (fit me well in the past, between having babies and pandemic weight gain, etc.) and I keep them around because A) they are awesome "jeans" and B) I can wear them with super thick fleece leggings underneath, and stay active outside in freezing Chicago winters. Since I have ordered medium/size 6 clothes in the past, Amazon kept recommending that I get a size 6, based on my body type (even after I changed the info in my account) and "millions of reviews" or whatever. I got a size 4 instead and Amazon, you were wrong, I was right. 4 is about as perfect as I can get with my unusual body. (Meet Virginia!) For reference I am 5ft1. I weigh 135lbs today, but my typical range month-to-month is 128-138lbs (thanks, typical female body! yes, I thank my body often). I do not look like a lot of other women, or fit in the same clothes of other women who weigh the same and are the same height, it's my muscles, they are very heavy, I guess. My body is usually typed as an hourglass, but honestly my waist isn't that small, my hips are kinda narrow and my shoulders certainly appear wide to me but IDK I still wear small or xs tops and dresses and they fit fine. Jeans are UGGGHHHH. Regular jeans, it's such a struggle, regular Levi's with buttons and flys, some of the stretchy 2/26s sort of fit, and some I can't even pull all the way up. I can pull on a 4/27, but they have to have the right stretch to fit right, and if they don't have the right stretch I have to get a bigger size (6? 8 sometimes?) and they just don't look right at all. 6s just don't fit right at all, I can't describe it but you know what it's like when you pull on jeans, they're not too tight, not too loose, but they just don't FIT. MY LEGS ARE HUGE. It's really hard to find jeans and pants that fit right when you have huge strong legs and you need them to stay that way, because you bike absolutely everywhere, even in freezing Chicago winters. A size 2 *may* have fit my waist & hips a little better, but they would not have enough room in the legs and belly--my very pouchy belly, which I thank for allowing me to bear my babies--for me to be comfortable in all my various activities. I do not usually like wide leg jeans of any sort, they look ridiculous on me and I can't bike in them, either. These pants fit great and I feel like I look awesome in them. And they are so comfortable. Also, my spouse really loves the way I look in these pants. Really, really loves. Usually, said spouse does not like the look of "fake jeans" or jeggings, because real buttons and flys are sooo seggsy (eyeroll) but these are LOVE.

I'm always a 6. I ordered a 6. I couldn't get it over my hips because there is no zipper. So I ordered an 8. I was able to get it up, but then I got severe muffin top because the waist was still so fitted. I ordered a 10. I have zero other articles of clothing in this size. But presto! The pants fit! These are great because they look like you are wearing regular jeans, but yet you feel like you are wearing leggings. I am able to do housework in these and not feel constricted. I ended up getting them in two colors. I don't know how long they will last, but for $30, I can buy a new pair if they wear out quickly. ****Updating three months later to provide more info: Three months ago, I ordered these in two different blues and a black. Got size 10, two sizes up from my regular size, and they all fit fine. I have stopped wearing my other jeans and just wear these comfy ones. They still look great. I hang them to dry and avoid the dryer. I decided to order a pair in light blue. Got the same size 10. Threw them in the wash before wearing, without trying them on first. I put them on and they are BIG. They do NOT fit the same way as the others. The waist is loose and the legs aren't tight enough. They inch their way down, sagging. I cannot wear them. I exchanged the 10s for an 8, still one size up from usual. And they are STILL big. The waist is loose and they sag in the butt. I had to keep pulling them up. I laid down these light blue ones and put my existing dark blues on top. See the photo? You can see the issue. For some reason, the light blue ones aren't tapered in at the waist. They just go straight up. Now this is great for those who don't have a waist, but if you have a waist, these will not work. I then exchanged for a size 6, and that fits. The waist on these light blue ones is just vertical, no tapering. I don't like the fit as much as I like the others, but they do fit. So now I have three of these in size 10 and one in size 6. This explains why some reviewers are saying they are true to size, and others are saying they run small. It seems there is a lack of consistency across the different colors.

First off, let me say that I love these jeggings!! I must, because I own 8 pairs (and just ordered 2 more)!! The fabric is great, a beautiful combination of denim and spandex! The length is perfect as well. But there are two reasons why I could not leave a 5-star review. First, I discovered these pants on the Levi’s website. I loved the way they looked, so I ordered two pair, but ordered one size up. Big mistake!! They were waaaaay too big!! So, I went back and ordered my regular size. They fit perfectly, almost. They were a little baggy, but they were so comfortable that I kept them. So, I went back to Levi’s to order more, but my size was no longer available:( I wear a size 16 or 18, usually depending on where the item is made. I thought, well at least I scored 2 pairs! Until I saw them on Amazon!! Since the 18’s were baggy, I decided to try the size 16. Another mistake! I could barely get them on!! Obviously, being that tight, they had to be returned. So, there is obviously a disconnect in sizing! That tells me that they are not uniform in the sizes they produce. Now, I’m back to the 18’s. The second reason I couldn’t give 5 stars, is the pocket situation! Again, not consistent! They all have functioning back pockets, but I pair has working front pockets (only large enough for a lipstick), 3 or 4 others have only a ‘watch pocket’ (will only hold a quarter), and the rest have no actual front pocket at all!! It’s really a shame, because these truly are the best jeans ever! If they could be consistent with the sizing and pockets, I would gladly change this to a 5-star review.

Okay, I have bought upward of a dozen skinny jeans and have HATED every single one of them until these came into my life. I am 57 years old, 5’7”, curvy 215 lbs, which is why I’ve hated all my jeans until today. I don’t know what is so different but I’ll give you the things I love and you can decide if the features are what you’ve been looking for but could never find: 1) WAISTBAND: they are mid rise but at just the right place—not too high, not too low—I have a waist and they fit perfectly on it. LOVE the wide waistband—doesn’t pinch or show under your clothes because it doesn’t roll over and keeps the stomach flat. 2) LENGTH: absolutely PERFECT length, hits right at the ankle with a bit to spare—I HATE rolling up my jeans because my cankles are not what I want to emphasize by cutting off the length of my legs right at my chunky, swollen ankles. They are PERFECT with little flats and since I can’t wear heels, it’s perfection. 3) BACKSIDE: Love, love, LOVE the pockets—signature Levi longish pockets that cover the vulnerable backend where skinny jeans tend to emphasize any failure you might not want to flaunt. 4) MATERIAL: Total jeans, soft and jean-looking, not thin, worthless material, not heavy, ungiving fabric, the perfect jean look, soft but holds its shape yet isn’t so tight-fitting that it looks like you’ve poured yourself into circa 1960 stirrup pants by the time you’re done pulling them into place. 5) PRICE: Okay, my friend has a pair of jeans that I ADORE but they are $89...and I was so desperate for a good fit that even though I can’t justify spending that kind of money on a pair of jeans, I was just about to splurge and while I was looking for them on here, these popped up. (Thanks for your suggestions, Amazon—I’d have never found them without you!) 6) STITCH STYLE: I simply ADORE the yellow thread of Levi’s...it brings me back to the first pair I ever bought long before you were born, and they add to the jean-factor as opposed to the jegging look. 7) SIZE: I initially hesitated to try Levi’s again because with age, things have shifted a bit on me and they tend to run devastatingly small, don’t flatter my curves, and make me feel badly about myself, but these have given me hope again and LOYALTY. I wear a 16 and bought a 16 and they’re perfect. I bought 16L because I like the length right at the top of my foot. 8) CROTCH: Here’s what I’ve found in other 16’s...if they fit my stomach, the crotch is 3” too long, which pulls my pants down as the day wears on, makes the waistband fold over, and all I do every time I stand up is pull them up...pretty soon the crotch has fallen to a place where you can see it while I walk...NOT COOL. These fit my stomach just right. I PRAY they do not stretch throughout the day...I will amend this if they do, but the reviews indicate they keep their shape, so I’m trusting in that and buying them in every color I can TODAY. I hope this review has been helpful, I read ALL of them before I bought and I so appreciate all your weights and measurements and fit details!

I just received these, so I can't review past the initial look and fit. It always seems that I have added weight after Summer and going into Fall, (I love summer fruit) and switching from shorts into pants/jeans. I no longer enjoy tight-fitting clothes like I may have when I was younger, and I don't really even enjoy wearing jeans. They feel rough, stiff, and constricting. But I do wear them out and about, and always change back into comfy yoga pants when I get home. Everything I buy is hopefully, a bit loose and comfortable. If you relate to this...this review is more for you. I realizing that everyone likes their clothes to fit in their own special way, and my review is focused on comfort, with looks being a close second. I am between a 10 and 12 in pants right now. My 10's are feeling very snug, so I moved up to 12's. I carry my weight in my midsection, and have smaller hips; as in no butt. I am 5'6" and teetering at 144 lbs. which is about 10 lbs more than I like. We're not talking muscle here. I am a grandma, and I prefer to read than exercise. I ordered a 12 M, a 12 L, and two 14 M's in both the light and dark jean colors. I find Levi's run small and skinny. Why am I even buying these?! I was hoping for comfy jeans. We'll see how these work out. The 12 M's are probably my size...possibly the Longs, possibly a 10. The waistband feels rather snug, but with stretch, and a few holiday goodies away from too tight. Ha! The waistband hits me a couple inches below my navel when standing, and higher if I adjust them while sitting. The hips have room. The legs are on the tighter side...especially the calves, and my calves are not large. They hold onto my calves and I have to pull them down after sitting and standing up. They kind of stick to them because of the tightness. Sitting down, the whole front and stomach/crotch area is super baggy looking because of my no hips I suppose. I can pull them higher when I sit...lots of extra material in that region. I would have to wear a longer top to cover that up. The Medium just touches my ankles when I'm standing and pull up shorter when I sit. Thinking I might go with the Longs if I want full length jeans rather than ankle-grazers....but both seem to work, depending on the look you want. The size 14's were looser in the waist and really large in the hips. The legs still feel kind of tight, especially when sitting. Of course these are jeggings, so that's expected. I guess I'm kind of over the whole slim-fitting skinny jeans...but that's me wishing for looser jeans. If you are hippy, these will probably be perfect. On me, kind of a jodhpurs look. I like the looser waistband, but hello saggy bottom! And just a teeny bit looser in the legs. Maybe I have the wrong build and comfort expectations for these. I am still debating on which size and lengths, if any, to keep. I am not sure if they will shrink in the wash, and I wouldn't plan on drying them in the dryer. I love the dark wash jean color, I look thinner in it than in the washed out color, but both are nice. I haven't seen the black or maroon. Green and brown/tan would be nice options! I think the price in the low to mid 20's is fair. I'll try to update if I keep and wear them. Thanks for reading ;)

I can't believe I found the perfect skinny jeans that not only fit well throughout but are so comfortable that I actually look forward to wearing them! They fit well at my waist and legs and are easy to move around in. They're also soft and I stay comfortable all day long. Update #2: I just added the new color Renaissance Rose to my collection and I noticed a couple of things. First, the tag in the back is now just a printed tag which is nice to prevent any discomfort from the tag. Not sure if all colors are like this now. Second, I noticed that the waist is slightly bigger even though they are the same size as the Noir and Winetasting colors I previously purchased (see picture). This makes them easier for me to pull up and they still fit perfectly! This is definitely an improvement! Update #1: I bought my first two pairs (Noir and Winetasting) in my usual size and they fit like a glove, but they are difficult to pull up. So for my third pair (Kalahari Cheetah Brown) I tried one size up. These were definitely easier to pull up, but after wearing them a couple times I have noticed that they are too loose on top. They tend to slide down while walking and I have to wear a longer shirt with them as when I sit down they get a little too low for comfort. This defeats the purpose of these jeans as they are supposed to be shaping and accentuate your figure. So for me, I am better off with my usual size even though I have to work harder to pull them up. That's the tradeoff for pull-on jeans for me. Also, different colors do have different materials. The Noir and Kalahari Cheetah Brown have the same material consisting of: 75% cotton 23% polyester 2% elastane The Winetasting color consists of: 61% cotton 37% polyester 2% elastane The Winetasting color is a soft brushed like material. The Noir is a thinner material but still soft. The Cheetah is more like a thicker cargo pant material. I will be adding more to my wardrobe at these prices!

i'm 5'2", 135 lbs. i originally bought the stormy sky in size 10 regular length. they fit great and looked good, though i was unhappy there were no functional front pockets. i bought a couple more pair in fun colors (rose and olive). the first set just fit weird, so i sent them back as defective and had them replaced. NOPE. same fit as the first set. they fit in the waist, but are really big hip to knee and then super tight knee to ankle. there is so much extra fabric in the seat and the back of the thighs that it seems to be two different sizes sewn together. when comparing the blue ones to the rose and olive, they are 3 inches wider across the butt and 2 inches per leg. the fronts are the same size. I worked in a sewing factory for many years, we did contract work for levi strauss and i've always trusted and worn levis brand, but in this style, the cute colors are obviously not sized or made the same as the blue jean ones. sending the second set back also. sigh, i really wanted them to work. i also had previously tried the lichen green in an 8, they were too small in the waist with a much lower rise, but fit everywhere else. i know the biggest reason there is such a discrepancy is because they are all made in different factories, with different cutters and machine operators, but the same style in the same brand and same size should be the same fit across the board. also the shaping panel is loose and pretty much useless, adding bulk to the fupa. double sigh. the best things about the rose and olive pairs is that they have functional front pockets, the fabric is wonderful, and the colors are great...
