Very happy with this back brace. I like how tall it is, as opposed to ones that are much shorter and don't seem to give as much support. This is firm and is remarkably comfortable to walk around with it on and even sitting with it. It is easily adjustable and the velcro is holding up well.

It helped quite a bit. Very effective. Very flexible, easy to put on and adjust without help from another person. I did have to wear an undershirt under it, because it is pretty rough against the skin. After a few wears, the edges start to roll up. Pretty annoying, but overall it got me over the hump. I bought 2 other hernia belts (different brands) in addition to this one. I didnt care for the others. I will get this one again if I ever have another need for one.
