This heavy bag is awesome!! The material seems very durable and is soft & smooth but extremely dense! It comes pre filled and fully assembled straight from the box. It only comes with just the filled heavy bag and straps and carabiner. But for $110 it definitely seems the best bag for your buck on Amazon that I could see!! ... show more

Excellent bag for the price. The material of the bag feels soft almost like feeling soft leather and fist friendly on contact even without wearing hand wraps which I found surprisingly interesting. At age 63, this heavy bag helps me to keep energized and in fit. Highly recommend!

It's a punching bag and it takes punches well. 1 star deducted because for the price it should come with mounting hardware. Had to order that separately. It's very stiff, so be sure you know how to hit a heavy bag properly if you don't want wrist injuries.
