Looked good but the base was too small for the chair. It was tippy! Not comfortable. I had high hopes when we assembled it but it just was not safe since when you leaned on one arm rest while sitting down, the chair would tip to that side. No problems with returning it other than the hassle of unassembling it and reboxing was tedious. Arranged for a pickup and viola, back to old chair and will only look in stores where I can try it first. ... show more

My other review got deleted before I submitted. Ugh. Shorter version: 2 of 6 chairs have arrived. 1 is perfect. 1 looks like return that got sent to me. Foot print and scratches on control. Hoping other 4 are good. Would be fair to offer discount on the used chair. Really don’t feel like messing with returns on such a large item. Chair is good value. It fell apart a couple months after I bought it. I had to use ottomen since recliner would get stuck every time I tried to use it. I would not recommend wasting money on this product it was a total disappointment.

A bit skeptical as there were no reviews but decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised! Very well packaged and arrived before estimated delivery date. I've only had one day so can't provide long term use details but so far so good. Box fit through 36" front door. Very quick and easy assembly, no tools required. The drink cups are metal and can be removed to clean. USB port is a nice plus!! Sturdy chair that fits my 6'2", 265# husband pretty good. He actually fell asleep in it last night and slept there until this morning. It isn't one of those overly cushy chairs, but is very comfortable. He is disabled so it was perfect for his issues. It is a power recliner only and no swivel or rocking which is exactly what we needed. All in all we are happy with it so far! ... show more

    • The measurement of the seat depth is way off
I am very disappointed in this recliner and I am going to send it back. I bought it because it said that it had a seat depth of 21" and because it had the features I wanted at a reasonable price. It is off by at least 8". I am short (4'11") and this is very important to me. It made the recliner feel very uncomfortable for me and my feet didn't touch the ground.
