After two weeks of driving, I wanted to share my experiences with the EVERCROSS EV10K PRO Electric Scooter: Pros: 1. The scooter looks sturdy and durable, setting it apart from cheaper products on the market. 2. Easy to use. It takes just 10 minutes to set up, and then you're good to go. After five days of driving, I discovered more functions that make it even more functional and powerful. The accompanying App allows you to unlock additional features such as locking the scooter when parked, a top speed of 19 MPH, and a riding record. I highly recommend referring to the manual before taking it out for a spin. 3. The scooter is foldable and portable, fitting perfectly in my trunk, so I can take it with me wherever I go. 4. Compared to other similar products, the EVERCROSS EV10K PRO has the added safety feature of turn signals. 5. I use the scooter almost every day, and so far, it has been performing exceptionally well, with a durable battery. A suggested improvement: 1. One area for improvement is the buckle. First off let me start by saying the 5 stars don't do this scooter justice on a rating scale. This scooter is fast and durable and even comes with indicators! Not to mention the safety protocols such as lock mode. When the scooter is powered on and someone tries to steal it the wheels don't turn; keeping it standing still!!! Its ingenuity is ingenious. For a college student, it's so convenient to travel from one building to another building fast and making to classes on time. The scooter can carry Me and my heavy bookbag with no problem. I even tried to test its speed and durability by riding it with my friend at once and it was still going at its 19 mph speed. I know they recommend you don't do that but it was perfectly fine. That just goes to show how perfect the scooter it and the company is. The battery life had been great on it so far as well. I only charged it once and for 2 hours after taking it out of the box and have used it for a week now consistently to go to classes and campus and the charred is still going strong. I haven't yet gone a long distance for more than 4 miles but thus far I'm really happy and content with the battery life. This scooter's price is worth it in my opinion too! Most scooters I've looked at are cheaply constructed and don't last too long or they are really expensive and super bulky. This Evercross scooter is not too skinny but not bulky and fits in my small spaces fine not to mention its feathers are super cool and actually practical. Overall I give this Evercross scooter 20/10 and 10 starts not 5 stars. I highly recommend it for students, office workers, or anyone who needs to get places fast but wants to go green for short trips or far depending on the consistency of use. I'm super happy with this purchase and hope you are too when you get yours!

Evercross has been great to work with. My son scooter ended up having a crack in it. I emailed Evercross and they have been very helpful and are shipping a replacement. The scooter itself worked great, my son was very happy with it,. Great company, and great scooter.

We got the EV10K PRO for my son for his birthday. There's a lot to like about this scooter. For the most part, it is well-built and my son loved riding on it. Unfortunately, the spring in the accelerator (pictured below) failed after only a few weeks. Normally, this wouldn't be that big of a deal. It is a bit of a safety issue though, so it needs to be addressed. A new accelerator should be easy to replace, and (given the rather cheap construction of this one) should cost the manufacturer very little. But this is where things go south. I cannot seem to contact Evercross no matter how hard I try. I started by using the chat on their website. I typed in my issue and waited. And waited some more. Nothing. No little dots while someone is typing. Not even an automated response. Next, I tried contacting them through the phone number on their website under the Contact Us heading at the bottom of the page, where it proudly proclaimed "24/7 Service". It rang and rang, and then switched over to a busy signal. I tried again. Same thing. So, I tried email. I typed up an email and sent it off to the support address on the Evercross website. And I waited some more. No response. No automated email saying the message was received. Nothing. Just total silence. After three days of waiting, I started nearing the end of the 30-day return window. I returned to their website and noticed that someone had answered my chat submission. Evidently, I just needed to be more patient. How patient? I checked the dates and time. The response in their chat app was sent a day and a half after I'd typed in my message and hit return. A day and a half. To get a response on their website's chat app. Even worse, their response was a generic message about needing my order number and a picture or video of the issue. So, I typed in the order number and sent them a video. And waited. When will they respond? Who knows? Meanwhile, I thought I'd give their phone number another try. But it is no longer listed on their website! They actually removed their phone number from their website sometime in the last week, though the "24/7 Service" part still shows up. Underneath a physical address and two email addresses. Across the page from the chat widget where I am waiting to get a response. Someone spent a lot of time designing and manufacturing a solid product. My son really likes the scooter and wants to keep it. How absolutely frustrating that all that work and all the things so many people are doing to run the company are being totally and completely undermined by the fact that absolutely no one is available to even acknowledge, let alone help fulfill, the simplest request for support. I've contacted Amazon about a refund and they were very accommodating, as expected. I've requested that they extend the window a few days to give Evercross a chance to respond, even though we are hard up against the 30-day return window, and they agreed. Now we continue to wait. Will Evercross respond and save their sale and this customer? How long will it take them? When will we run out of patience and trigger the return? I'll update this review when I have those answers. UPDATE: The lack of customer service along with issues with poor construction as I attempted to fix the problem resulted in us returning this product. Thankfully, Amazon gave us a full refund, which we put toward a Segway Ninebot MAX G30LP. It was a little more expensive, but very much worth the extra money.
