We rolled it straight through airports, collapsed it quickly at the gate, and used it during layovers without slowing down. Once we landed, we could buckle it into rides without the base, which was the main reason we chose it. The base itself is solid and uses the car’s anchor points, but the seat still feels high-quality on its own. The padding and sun cover feel premium, and our son stayed comfortable during long stretches. The smart buckle system is a great bonus — it alerts you if the baby has been buckled too long, and the app notifies you if you walk away while they’re still strapped in. The only downside is the stroller mode has a slight wobble. It doesn’t feel unsafe, just not as tight as a full-size stroller. For airports and overseas travel — the exact reason we bought it — it’s been excellent. I’d absolutely buy it again for the convenience and safety features.

I have so many good things to say about the Evenflo Shyft DualRide. As a parent of a chunky baby, this car seat has been a lifesaver. The ability to quickly switch from car seat to stroller saves me so much time and effort, and I honestly don’t know how I would manage carrying a traditional infant carrier everywhere. One of my favorite features is the buckle sensor, which tracks things like temperature, time spent in the car seat, and even sends alerts if a child is accidentally left behind. I also love that the carrier can be detached from the wheels, making it easy to place in a shopping cart while grocery shopping. My only complaint is that I wish the car seat could be separated from the wheels without being attached to the base. Currently, the only way to detach them is while the seat is connected to the base. Aside from that minor inconvenience, this has been one of the most useful baby products I’ve purchased and has made everyday outings so much easier.

This car seat is the coolest thing! But, beware, it is very large. We have a hard time getting it into our small car. We make it happen, but it is not as seamless as we would like for it to me. It came already assembled in the box and and was very easy to get everything together. The instructions for installation were extremely easy to follow and I feel like it is very sturdy. I love the folding feature - very cool. We did make a point to practice a few times before baby got here because it does take a couple of tries at first, but once you do a few times - it is very easy to open and close.

It’s a bit heavy than your typical car seat stroller combo, but I love the convenience of having the 2 in one place to save space! I have a jeep gladiator and it fits perfectly, I watched the videos people put over to open and close the wheels. Great buy
