4 3/4 stars: I'm a 70 year old woman in reasonable health, about 180lbs and 5' 8". This bike is the biggest and heaviest that I would want to hold up but is comfortable for me. I really like it. I thought long and hard about an online purchase of something like this but am very glad I made the decision to go with this bike. It is really sturdy, fast and powerful, easy to assemble, and is a great price for what you are getting. The only downside I have found in the design of this bike is that the back rack is impossible to find a metal bike basket or a pannier bag that will work with the wide sides of the fender/rack. I have purchased and returned 4 so far trying to find something, and the company has no accessories for this newest model bike yet. I wanted something that looked as slick as my bike but will end up having to rig something homemade to have any carrying capacity. Overall, Iโ€™m very impressed with the quality of this e-bike. It feels well-built, rides smoothly, and has been comfortable and enjoyable to use. The only downside for me was the range. I averaged about 28 miles using Pedal Assist Level 3, which was a bit less than I expected based on the advertised specifications. Aside from that, the bike has exceeded my expectations. Ive only had it for 1 night so far and have already done 16 miles with PAS. So far I love it, glad I choose this bike. An the standarda8 model in grey looks amazing. Already getting compliments.

To put this review in perspective, I am 5'1" and 86 years old and not very strong. And Rufus did not realize that I was too short to ride this bike. It is a very good looking and very powerful e-bike with a 750 watt motor and a 1500 watt surge. It takes off really, really fast and was too fast, too tall, too heavy, and too long for me, but the customer service was great and I was able to return it for a full refund. I wish I was taller, stronger, and in need of a very powerful bike because I really liked it and wanted to keep it. Instructions were difficult for my people to understand to put it together, so it took way longer than the estimate. But a professional ebike shop reassembled it for the return and they had absolutely no problem packing it for shipping. ... show more

This bike quit running the first day. I don't know what is wrong with it. The display flashes on and goes right back off. I haven't got to ride it 400 yards. The battery shows full charge. The front end has a bushing or something missing. The back brakes are very poor, and the back light does not work. The only good thing the bike is pretty, but you cannot ride pretty! I've had better bikes from Walmart. I had a qualified mechanic assemble this bike and followed instructions to the t. I sent the seller an email which I am yet to hear from!     • Be careful. This e bike will take off quickly to 5mph.

My bike was delivered. I have asked for a refund because the bike does not operate the way I expected. Power 1 will quickly jerk you to 4 mph. Power2 jumps up 5 miles an hour extremely quickly. I spent more time looking at the gears and power mode because if you take off in power 2 it will hit five mph right off the bat and faster.
