    • Does not have classic brake levers. love the bike
I broke my arm about 2 years ago and cant hold my wrist perpendicular for more than 10 min before it starts to spasm. keeping my wrist horizonal is not a problem. this bike does not have cross top bar brake levers, so after taking to 3 bike shops and "our supplier wont supply that", I am out because I cant use this bike. Took 3 weeks, but finally did find bike shop who could supply and install the cross top brake levers. love this bike now. ... show more

    • Great Product and Excellent Customer Support!
I bought my bike a month ago, and a few days after receiving it, I noticed a wobble in the back wheel. I immediately contacted customer support and submitted a video showing the issue. To my surprise, I received a prompt response on the same day, assuring me that they would send a brand-new rear wheel. A couple of days ago, the new wheel arrived, and I installed it without any issues. The wobble is completely gone, and the bike is performing perfectly now. It’s reassuring to know that in case something goes wrong, the company will take care of it. I spend almost $400 for this bike, I had issues putting it together but finally I got it. I rode it 3 times and it was very uncomfortable. After 2 months of sitting in my living room, both tires are flat. Not is for sale for $200 lol

I wasn't expecting a race bike, but for a road bike this thing is heavy. Clear and easy to assemble instructions. Surprisingly came with its own air pump. The pump broke during the first use. Cheap stickers on the wheels are already peeling off. Still looks cool.

Bike came in good condition, rear wheel was bent, it was the 3 spoke so it couldn’t be fixed but seems like I will be getting a partial refund or a new rear wheel so all is good in my eyes

Very easy to assemble. The front brake rubs a little, so I'll have to figure out how to adjust it. I just received it today. I'll write another review once I've ridden it a while.
