The price was fair and the material seems sturdy. Has velcro around the liner so if you have a solid frame that's good. Also along the inner part of the corner. Fits nicely on a 10x10 with a 4 ft pitch. (Not sure if 4.5 or just 4) Worth the price.

Received today and already have it up in the yard. We retrofitted this onto a Ozark Trails instant canopy frame and it fits like a glove without being too tight...it's a perfect fit. The material is a good strong fabric that seems like it will hold up really well. We are very happy with this purchase and plan on buying another when we get another frame just like the one we have. I hate leaving bad reviews, but hopefully this is helpful to others. I purchased this to replace a cover that I used on our patio for over 3 years. The old cover eventually began to pool in one corner and with continuous outdoor use the fabric ripped. This new cover pooled after only a month of use! Granted, we had an abnormally rainy season, but I find it impossible to attach this snuggly to my canopy frame. The Velcro on the corners don't line up with the Velcro on my frame - on the cover, they're too low and not located up in the corner where it would provide a tight fit. I'll need to attach some rope to the corners of the cover and then tie them down to the canopy legs in order to get a snug fit. I purchased this based on reviews suggesting it would work with my frame. (ProSource Easy Pop Up 10x10) So I would suggest inquiring about this fitting your canopy frame prior to purchase. Currently, I'm having to remove the canopy after each rain to drain the water. Can't imagine this will last long before I need to replace the cover again. If you know for sure that this will fit your canopy, then I would recommend. The fabric quality is great - very thick and durable. One more suggestion: I would think twice about a colored canopy over white. I thought it would be fun to have some color on the patio, so purchased this orange one. However, it casts an orange glow that does not make for great pictures! I will go with white next time. ... show more

Was not easy to install. And didn’t fit well. Does not look like the Amazon picture at all. It will probably sag or puddle if it rains. This is the second one I’ve purchased and the first didn’t fit at all. It also has a flaw where it was torn and sewn. (There is even an arrow sticker pointing at the flaw) I would return it but I’m in my 70’s and since it was so hard to install, I don’t have the energy or time to take it off and return it. ... show more
