The product itself is excellent. Well made, sturdy, nice fabric. It is ok as a universal replacement canopy for the price. The fit is rather loose on my Hoteel 10x20 heavy duty frame but Hoteel does not offer a replacement canopy for their product. I am happy to have some shade on my full sun patio.

Eurmax is one of those rare companies that goes above and beyond with creating a quality product, and then following it up with stellar customer service. I bought this canopy top as a replacement for my EZ Up Instant Shelter metal frame, since the previous one had gotten old and dirty. This one fit perfectly after one minor adjustment to the central pole on the frame. My husband and I did a test setup in our parking lot just to ensure it was good to go. Just seconds before we could tie it down with sandbags, a strong gust of wind picked up the whole tent, tossed it over on its head and dragged it along the pavement :( The metal frame snapped it 4 places, but this top surprising survived the abuse (mostly), although it did sustain minor tears, scratches and frayed stitches in multiple places. If it weren't for the stringent rules of the market I'm going to set it up in, I could have patched it up and reused it. Now that I had also lost use of the frame, I needed to buy the full set. But didn't know if this damaged canopy top qualified for return, so I contacted the company. Their customer care empathized with my sad incident, and refunded my purchase the next day, without the need to send this product back. They made my replacement purchase even easier. Going forward, the very, very first thing I'm going to set up is sandbags :D Thank you, Eurmax!

After leaving our 10x10 E-Z Up Canopy (with straight, NOT angled, vertical legs) outside for several weeks a few summers ago (during which there were multiple rain storms), we realized that the rainwater had pooled in the original canopy top, significantly stretching out the fabric. (Whoops!) Since then, I've been looking (somewhat casually) for a replacement canopy top. Knowing that we were planning to host several outdoor parties this summer, I decided to be more serious about my search. I looked at the E-Z Up site, but was not thrilled at the idea of spending $150 for just the top (I believe we spent less than this when we originally purchased the original E-Z Up, with canopy top and storage bag, more than 15 years ago.) After reading various reviews about similar products, I decided to purchase the Eurmax replacement canopy, and I am thrilled! I bought the top in white, and the total cost at the time of purchase was less than $90, with free shipping. The canopy top fits my E-Z Up 10x10 straight legged frame perfectly - and is a nicer, more substantial fabric than the original. While it doesn't have eyelets (as the original did) to attach it to the frame, it has sewn-in Velcro strips which secure it (my E-Z Up frame has existing Velcro strips on the outside of the legs, to keep the sides of the canopy secure in the wind - the Eurmax canopy top's Velcro strips line up with these.) The Velcro is strong, and holds the canopy top in place, even in a moderate breeze. After use, we removed the canopy top as recommended (rather than folding it up with the frame); it was easy to lift off. We folded it separately and placed it with the frame in the storage bag. Highly recommend. I purchased this canopy top at FULL price, and have not received any discount or incentive for my review.

Purchased the cover for an original EZ-UP frame, it worked but a little tight. I'm a seamstress so did a little alteration on each corner and now it fits great no straining on the fabric. Cover made well and will adapt our side walls with velcro to attach also.

★☆☆☆☆ – Looks nice, performs terribly I purchased this as a replacement gazebo canopy cover. While it initially looked fine when installed, the actual performance has been extremely disappointing. After the very first rain (two days after install), the fabric sagged and created significant water pooling along the sides. The cover was properly installed, fully tightened, securely strapped, and even reinforced with additional rope, yet it still collected water. The material feels very thin and flimsy, and clearly cannot maintain proper tension when wet. Instead of shedding rain, it behaves like a water-catching hammock. I also noticed that visible light passes through the seams, which raises serious concerns about the stitching quality and long-term weather resistance. My previous cover (same gazebo frame) lasted for years without any pooling or seam issues. This replacement could not handle even basic rain conditions. My gazebo is set up next to a back door so it is protected from wind on two sides (house & cinder block wall) so this was not caused by a crazy windy storm. It was just RAIN! I would not recommend this product for any gazebo exposed to real outdoor weather.

Putting this canopy up is a chore, but you need to keep adjusting for the first 30 days to get the cover as tight as possible. It is anchored to the house on one side and ground rachet straps on the other. It has withstood wind gusts of 50+-mph. Mine as been up for 14 months and still holding up. We did not have any big snows this past winter, so I do not know how well it would hold up with a snow load. My assumption is that keeping the snow load to a minimum would be called for. Also, the canopy is not designed for continuous use, but we do. (Covers my hot tub)

It's very well made heavy duty canvas and has velcro sewn inside each all away around really nice and worth the price
