I loved this ice maker for a few months. Only used distilled water, cleaned it regularly. And it broke twice within 9 months. First time it legit sounded like an engine backfiring while we were sleeping. I've contacted support and I'm guessing it's all in China because I've gotten zero response. Don't waste your money.

One of the best purchases ever! It is a life saver when I run out of ice and do not want to go out, pour some water on it and that's it... wait for it.. you will get beautifull little ice that you can use for any of your cocktails or any drink. The bad.... it takes a while to make the ice and it really is noisy, do not let others tell you the opposite.

Ice is perfect! But it gets stuck at top and if you don’t move it around it quits making ice, thinking the tub is full. Also the holding tank isn’t big, constantly have to refill.

Purchased this ice machine for the office and it is the perfect small cubed ice that goes great in coffee water or anything that needs to be cold. The ice comes out quickly and it is super easy to use. The instructions tell you exactly what you need to do before the first use.

The item performs excellent straight out of the box. It has operated flawlessly from the beginning making ice pellets that are fairly small. The item has a small counter footprint which I welcomed very much. The only issue I have recently experienced is that the item has started operating at fair loud manner which does not bother me to much but it would definitely not be recommended for houses that require a quite setting. However, it has not hindered the operation of the item.
