They get back to you quickly and answer all your questions. It was easy to assemble and puts out just the right amount of heat for my bedroomโ€ฆhowever, it make a weird grinding noise whether the heat is on or not so I cannot use it while Iโ€™m trying to sleep. Iโ€™m assuming it is from the gears that make it look like a burning fire.
