The media could not be loaded. I love the look and feel of this model and the fact that it came with a remote. I was also impressed that the seller stands behind their product. We all know that even the best products can have issues from time to time. I have two issues with this purchase, however. 1) the remote doesn't work(even after swapping out the battery 2) the heater makes an awful clunky sound. I have contacted the seller and will follow up on this review with the seller's response. Addendum: Both Amazon and the seller stood b by their product. The old stove was replaced within 30 days and works great! I love it! However, I am subtracting one star for having to get it replaced. ... show more

I have had this electric heater for about 3 days and I just love it so far ! The heat blows out good heats up my living room by 5 degrees, It fit perfectly in the area I needed it to be , seems sturdy doesn’t wobble, took 5 min. To put the legs on that’s it ! The fire looks real .would recommend buying one , I’m glad I did..... ... show more

Will updat review. Reading all other reviews it seemed like a great deal. Was sent the fireplace with the incorrect legs. After trying to screw on for over a half hour, there is no support number and only email support. Will update once I either get help or get sent the correct legs to install. UPDATE1/8/2021 AMAZING SUPPORT SYSTEM. After I left my review and to be honest did not think it would be resolved it was taken care of right away. Their staff is amazing in response and even sent me a 2nd fireplace with the correct legs and checked up every day to make sure I received shipping info and I was happy with my purchase. Things happen but as a company it matters most how they fix it and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The product is now 100% great looks great and warms my basement.     • Heater stopped working after three months.

The remote is temperamental and must be in an exact spot to work. Next time I’ll buy one with a thermostat & switch on the stove. The heat cycles on & off with no way to control the temperature. Worst of all, I bought it late November and the heater stopped working completely February 26, right at three months. I very much regret buying this disappointing stove. I wanted it for extra heat on my feet while I set and read. I should have returned it immediately but thought I could make do even though it put out very little heat. Now I’m stuck with a worthless piece of junk to somehow get rid of, it will be awkward to fit in my car. ... show more

I normally don't leave reviews for products I return, but space heaters can be extremely dangerous and any vendor with subpar standard should be outed. There is no reason to make people put on the legs themselves with the dinkiest of little screws. It was scary that the legs were plastic, and the metal is so thin I thought it was plastic as well. As I was trying to screw the legs on, the front glass just completely went inward and on top of the flame section. Nothing we did would get it to stay forward and flush. A terrible piece of equipment but egregious that it's a space heater. ... show more

This is a terrific heater. I was worried the flames would look fake (based on some of the videos) but it looks great. The remote control is excellent. One unexpected feature was the digital display on the heater that let's me set the actual temperature for the thermostat to turn off and on. My only complaint has to do with the leg assembly. Each leg requires three (3) screws, but I couldn't find a screwdriver anywhere that could reach the slot for the inner corner screws. Right now, it's sitting up fine and seems stable enough with just two screws per leg. But I recommend that the design problem be addressed by the manufacturer, at some point. The way the legs attach is the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review. ... show more

I had purchased this the beginning of this year and it was perfect for my daughter's room worked great up til a few weeks ago when you turn it on it will blow hot air for 20 sec then stop and not blow again you wiggle the dial and you can hear a sizzling sound. You turn it off for awhile and turn it back on heat again will blow for 20sec or less and stop. I have emailed the company and have not heard back from them as this unit comes with a 1yr warranty as it states. ... show more
