Had a leak when it arrived. Needed a new part and factory wasn’t very helpful insisting on all the paperwork. So it sat here unusable for several weeks. Then it started leaking all over my floor. My repairman said it was the same part leaking. He tightened it and told me not to move the machine or it will leak again. The good? It makes ice like a mean sumbitch. And it’s great hard ice. And it’s faster than my bulldog crapping in my neighbor’s yard

Does great while it's on, but it turns off ALL THE TIME! I'm always having to check that it's running because, unlike a refrigerator or freezer that turns on when power is applied, this thing requires you to hit the "on" button, so any minor power glitch knocks it offline. The ONLY reason I gave it a two-star vs. one is that it will fill back up in a couple of hours, otherwise it's a total pain in the butt...you can't count on it.

When this arrived, the box seemed to be in decent condition and the internal foam packaging was in decent shape. However, the ice maker inside was almost completely destroyed. The front panel was warped to the point it has fallen off of the unit entirely. The bottom was crushed in so badly that the compressor had fallen off of the bolts and was loose, rolling around inside the unit. The compressor had been jerked around so badly that the refrigeration lines were damaged and not even fully attached to the compressor. The condition of the box compared to the condition of the unit makes it obvious that it was packaged this way in the factory. I would caution anyone buying a product with such poor QC. I have returned it and will be buying a different brand.
