I am not a marathon runner! More of a short distance, walker and light runs. The problem is many of my other work out shoes hurt when I would work out. I felt off balance and never had a comfortable strike. I love these shoes! They are extremely light but most of all my legs are stronger when I run with them. My heal to toe is smooth and almost effortlessly. Because they are so comfortable I run a few more days than I have in the past. Painless runs!

They have a good snug fit. I work in them all day. I don’t have to change shoes. They are holding up well as I am around water all day. The katayana is the most comfortable ASICS shoe I’ve owned.
