The fridges stopped working a day after we got them. It took about a month to get a service repair man out. It was a week to even get them to put us on the schedule. They kept telling us we were and the repair company kept saying they never sent anything over. They don’t care that the only company they will use can’t keep up with all the calls. They also won’t let you get someone else to come and if you do it voids the warranty. Our store lost over 5k of product and they wouldn’t do anything about it. It turns out it was the door switches that just needed adjusted. It seems like they would know to check that over the phone. We haven’t had any problems since though. ... show more

This refrigerator arrived with the doors misaligned (factory defect) so the locks could not engage. I kept the unit since it still cooled and I didn't need to lock it. After just a couple of months of use it stopped cooling. I've been running in circles with their tech support and warranty support for nearly two months without a functioning fridge, and they refuse to give an update on a replacement. We've had three tech visits, including a replacement of the cabin sensor and controller, and the fridge still does not work. They also selected a local technician with a 1.5 start rating on google. KoolMore 81" 3 Glass Door Commercial Reach-in Refrigerator Cooler with LED Lighting - 72 cu. Ft This is a 5 star refrigerator cooler in my opinion. You can not beat the price and Amazon makes the delivery very easy. We currently have 2 and will be purchasing 2 more for our sales center and California office. It is the centerpiece in the employee break room. We fill them with soda cans, glass bottles, plastic water bottles and x-large catering trays-containers for the staff and guests. I recommend the larger 3 door unit for storage capacity. The 2 door units require more attention to keeping it full. The 3 door unit is able to be filled much less often and it gives extra shelving for employee leftovers like pizza boxes. Working with KoolMore is a pleasure, we had damage to the stainless steel header on one of the units, the company was fast to react and solve the problem with a replacement. We have tried many other manufactures of 2 and 3 door refrigerator coolers but the KoolMore product line is the best price, look and ease of delivery. ... show more

In preparation to purchase a 3 door unit I was checking interior volumes, this unit's information says 65 cuft storage but 49 3/8 x 27 1/8 x 60 1/4 interior dimensions only calculates to 46.7 cuft.

This cooler has been great, it looks slick and has the vents coming out of the front allowing us to build it into the wall in our taproom as a nice display cooler for our product. We needed a few extra shelves and reached out to KoolMore and got the exact matching shelves in 2 days.
