We own quite a few Eufy products, and for the most part, they’ve been excellent. This handle set is no different in that regard, but it’s packed with loads of features that really set it apart from the market. I’ve used quite a few smart handle sets at work to secure various offices and rooms and I can say that without a doubt, this one is the best that I’ve encountered. The fingerprint sensor detects quickly and unlocks almost immediately. The auto-lock can be set to trigger anywhere from within 2 seconds to 1 hour. Even better, you can schedule auto-lock to only be active during certain hours. The lock also features a toggle-able privacy mode that completely locks out the electronic elements and requires the use of the physical key. Installation was quick and the only thing I was going to point out was how I felt like the installation guide was a little silly with the way it was laid out. In short, figure out the handle orientation you’ll be using first and install the two set screws before proceeding. If you’re looking for an excellent smart locking door handle, look no further. This one simply fantastic.

This smart lock from Eufy is the first product of this type I've owned. The unboxing was a little daunting as there were lots of parts. The first QR code on the box pulled up a "video removed" web page. A search at the popular video website pulled up both Eufy's installation video, as well as many other user installation and review videos. The lock can be locked/unlocked via the key, the keypad, the thumb print sensor, or the app. Take note that due to the height of this unit it is likely you will need to switch your deadbolt and doorknob install locations - this unit is so tall that it would bump right up against the deadbolt and the key and USB-C emergency power slots would be inaccessible. The switch on the inside of the door serves as a "privacy" mode and will lock out the ability of opening the lock from the app, keypad, or biometric sensor. Everything seems very high quality with this handle/lock combo and I'm excited to have this as part of my home.

Trying to upgrade my house to a smart home, and this tool really helps with the front door. Setup was easy, as once you connect to WiFi, it pretty much guides you step by step. Now I can unlock my front door without any keys! I just put my fingerprint in, and it unlocks like an iPhone. My favorite part is that it autolocks if you forget to lock your door. You can control everything from the phone app, including locking your door from miles away! Worth it for peace of mind alone.

I was really excited to install this new door handle on our pole building door. Upon installation on our metal door the latch will not meet up with handle in the stock hole of the door. I even ground out the hole of our door and when I could finally get everything lined up correctly the valance of the door handle does not fully cover the hole in the metal door which will allow water to get into the door. So this door latch will not work for our stock metal door.

This is a great door handle, but it will not fit in a door that is drilled for a handle and deadbolt. The system is bulky and intrudes on the hole for the deadbolt. Overall, the Eufy system is great and works seamlessly with this component.

Problem with cheaper smart locks is that it is very slow compared to ones from Yale. We have Yale smart lock on our front door and we installed this eufy lock on our rear door. I did not notice a different in touch performance from either. I would say Yale in the US and Samsung in Asia are currently the gold standard of smart locks. this eufy is on par with both. Very intuitive and easily controlled with the eufy app. Highly recommended if you are planning to or already in the eufy eco system

Eufy does it again! This Eufy lock has been working flawlessly. Super easy to install and has all the necessary hardware to install it batteries are included. The app integration is very easy to use as well. You are able to set a self lock timer after the unit is unlocked and able to add multiple users to the lock based off of custom pins. I am very happy thus far!

This Smart Lock by Eufy is easy to install, the app is extremely user friendly and it pairs with Alexa. I couldn't be more pleased with this product. I love the convenience of gaining entry with just my fingerprint. So far, I am loving this!
