Got this January 15th. Everything was easy to assemble and the unit looks great. Took it on the ice the 18th. Unit worked well for the first two hours then the sonar stopped working. I would like to come on here and write a little review on this unit to help people make a buying decision. If you are looking for a Garmin 5" ice bundle, and you want mapping, but don't need the latest mapping this is a good unit to get. The most recent model has the Navionics+ mapping on it. That unit is part number 010-02590-35. I have a Echomap 73SV with the U.S. LakeVu g3 mappin on it, and it does work. Garmin also has great customer service, and backs their products. ... show more

The sonar gave out after two days of using it while ice fishing. Garmin’s customers service is outstanding they sent me out another unit and I had to return mine. The second unit did the same thing the sonar gave out again. Not a good unit for ice fishing. Their Striker units are way better for ice fishing. ... show more

So first unit I had never worked right so Garmin sent me another one which I thought was cool second one stoped working after two days, the third one I got died after two hours Garmin keeps replacing them but their is definatly something wrong with these units my recommendation is buy this unit with the thought in mind u will be replacing it. ... show more
