This smart lock is easy to use. But my first lock stopped work after 19 months. The mobile app can't connect to the lock's bluetooth. The company said it has passed warranty period. And tech support can't help to solve the issue. Given the price is higher than other smart lock, I'm very disappointed in its quality. ... show more

    • I want to love this lock but the WiFi bridge is a problem
I bought two locks and one bridge to replace Schlage connect locks on my front and back door. The zigbee functionality is inconsistent and I really want to know when my doors unlock and stay unlocked. I foolishly thought I could connect both locks to the bridge. Built in WiFi taxes battery life and the built in WiFi units are much more expensive. I thought I was splitting the difference. Nope. Pros: - build quality feels great for not being ANSI 1. Rubber backing to weather seal is a nice touch. - the fingerprint reader just works, and it’s fast. - the motor is way more quiet than my Schlage connects - there are great smart features- auto lock, notifications, time blocking, etc. everything you think you should have in a lock. - the lock can/will talk to you, which is helpful when there’s an auto lock error. It straight tells you. Cons: - remote access via HomeKit (using homebridge) is slow - remote access via the app is slow - the bridge can only support one lock - I really wish I could rotate the plug on the bridge I’m the end, I think I’m going to keep one lock and return the lower traffic one, switching back to my far less smart Schlage connect. Or maybe I’ll switch to the built in WiFi no fingerprint lock for the lower traffic door? Either way, what I’m not doing is buying a second bridge. ... show more

Bought the smart lock on a Physical store. Installation was easy, pairing was easy and it was working for a while. After three months of installed the lock stopped working. Followed reset steps and it was not pairing with the app (latest version and different Mobile OS were tried). Asked for support and they told me they'll change the lock. After gathering all the buying information they told me the Terms and Conditions would not cover a lock that was installed outside of the US. Horrible experience.
