This product was easy to install, and the app is user friendly. The light is bright and swivels to maximize the area illuminated. The lights also have color options, though I can’t see myself using that particular feature. All in all, great product for the money. I am a satisfied customer.

I got these to replace my front porch light and driveway light. I had set up a couple other Eufy cameras elsewhere and I really liked them. Installing these were really easy and they look good. Being able to control the lights from the Eufy app is awesome, especially around the holidays. The camera is really clear and works better than I thought. Being that these hook right into the house power, no batteries need to be worried about. I have these set up with HomeBase 3 and it was quick and easy to set up in the app. Highly recommend these cameras.

I like the option for dusk to dawn or motion sensor. As a stand-alone camera system pretty good but having intermittent problems getting footage to the s380 homebase

We bought these for our backyard pool and patio area replacing a single eufy 2c camera with separate solar panel. Installation wad generally simple since I was replacing existing coach lights. Do wish the plate had smaller diameter holes to match old holes but made it work. If replacing larger coach lights might need to repaint since this plate is smaller outside of edge holes. Smaller edge overall. The built in connector from light to wall plate is excellent though so not wiring the light itself. The one difficult part is securing the light to the morning plate because they use super tiny small screws instead of larger screws that seem more secure. Those tiny screws are so easy to strip so make sure to hand tighten slowly. Setup and connection to app and doing firmware update is super simple IMO. I have existing eufy products so already had the app but it’s straight forward. The app with color setup and selection is very lacking and really needs improvement. Same with scheduling (always a eufy shortcoming). The what I call “normal light bulb” options only has three options. The app clearly shows then as three distinct colit’s but the actual light definitely doesn’t resemble the app color at all. They are all way too white on actual light. Usually you would have 6-10 color options for “normal light bulb” duplication. Warm, white cool, daylight, natural, bright white, candle, etc but the bigger problem is this just has the basic 3 with no kelvin adjustment. And the basic three are not truly represented by the lights themselves. Something that hopefully gets improved with future software but eufy tends to be slow to make valuable app updates. You can select from the entire color spectrum also which is cool and can save your own creations. Nice touch. Just getting basic bulb colors are tough. Scheduling allows you to set dusk to dawn but unfortunately if you want something like dusk to 11pm you can’t do that because the manual scheduling does NOT have sunset or dawn as an option. Why??? This makes no sense. Again often a eufy shortcoming is scheduling options. If you use Amazon Alexa to control light for some reason it has no clue there are white/color options for the light. Again I ask why??? Amazon Alexa app can clearly manage this as I have other color bulbs that it does just fine with. I’m a little concerned about the longevity of the white plastic on light covers. Discoloration is major concern here in Arizona heat. Love that you can individually direct top and bottom light. Also can turn entire light fixture and camera to angle as needed. I definitely wish that these came in more options for colors and design. The black-and-white is fine for my backyard and pool area, but they definitely would not be able to be used on the front of my house because they just don’t match. They’re too modern and again only in black-and-white. I think it’s a huge mess to not offer them in other more common household colors like brass and silver and stuff that people actually have on there coach lights already. As for the camera quality itself. I think it’s excellent. The 2K is very clear and the night vision is awesome. Most of my minor annoyances Eufy can fix through software if they want so I still highly recommend the wired wall lights.

I am a HUGE EUFY FAN! I have 2 doorbells, motion lights on the barn & garage, indoor cameras for when we're gone & a camera at the salon. And now these! I had SUCH great customer service the 2nd year I had my doorbells. They were amazing. Since then, I've bought at least 10 more products just for us & doorbells for our kids homes. I recommend Eufy to all my clients also. We put these lights on the sides of our slider door going onto the deck. They work great, and have thousands of options. Thanks again for such a great product! Best of all, your customer service rocks!

Doesn’t work with Homebase AI. Actually most eufy cameras don’t. I guess no one but myself to blame for assuming and at this point, I kinda regret outfitting our house with eufy cameras none of which support the Homebase AI. This means that I’m CONSTANTLY getting alerts for when the family is outside because the cameras cannot “learn” via AI that we are supposed to be there. If you plan on putting any camera system together for your house, look closely at this aspect.
