My sister bought these for her home and I was wanting a different type, so I bought some too. I have (had) the Blink battery operated ones, but that’s a pain to get a ladder (& expensive) to have to change the batteries every few weeks or so. I installed them yesterday (super easy to do) and I am in love with the quality of the video on these things. No more changing batteries since these have solar.

I put these up around my house in Alaska. They were simple to pair with the base station and easy to mount. I was skeptical about the solar charging due to our latitude. The solar works great. The cameras have been up for 40 days. Three of the cameras are at 100%, the fourth which is in a high use area is at 90%. There have been plenty of snow and rainy no sun days in that 40 days. The video quality is the best I've seen on home security cameras and the AI recognition is fast learning and accurate.

I finally got this set up after a two calls to customer service. A QUICK TIP: you have to remove the plastic off the front of the camera before pairing it with the home base. The plastic is blocking the microphones, and the microphones need to hear the god-awful sound the home base emits to be able to pair. Also, if your dogs are like mine, they hate the sounds this thing makes. The picture quality looks good so far. The audio is pretty clear too. I will update this review after some time with them!

The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying I’m a security expert and I love Eufy! we probably have 25 cameras spread out of 4 properties. Eufy made a huge mistake in their new S300 series. Both the 3C (S300) and S330 cameras no longer connect directly to your wifi router!!!!!!!! They only connect via the provided home HUB 3. This is a huge problem because the Hub 3 has horrible range! I can’t get cameras on the front of the house and back of the house to reach the hub. And this house is only 2000sq feet it isn’t even a big home. In our case we have a ranch and use a mesh wired backhaul system to get service in the barn and in the shop. These cameras won’t work since they don’t connect to the wifi router. All the 2C, 2C Pro hook to wifi or the home hub. So to be clear if you want to put your cameras further then about 15 feet from this hub it won’t work reliably. So sad 😭 I love’d eufy Please change this Eufy!!!!!!

These are great cameras. I have one that is misbehaving. I think I just need to reboot it. Other than that they were good to start with but have become even better with firmware updates.
