Recently started struggling with KP and I heard this was a great solution. On first use, it did burn/sting a little. The lotion itself doesn’t smell bad, but it does smell bad for a few minutes after it’s applied to the skin. However, my skin almost immoderately felt softer and smoother. I’m really impressed! Absolutely love this lotion. I am certainly a bit of a lotion fanatic and have been on a journey to try new lotions just for a nice change here and there. This has resulted in me becoming more and more picky overtime. Tried this and here are my thoughts : Texture - glides right on. If you’re looking for something more thicker, I’d maybe opt out of this one. Smell - nothing. I note comments about the bad smell and am at a loss on that one because this has no smell and is similar to other good lotions I have used where there isn’t a bad smell but maybe just a more ‘natural’ one which is an indicator of a scent - free lotion (which is better for your skin). Absorption - excellent. Always a problem if it takes a while to dry down as you can’t wear your clothes right away. But not an issue here. Effectiveness - leaves skin feeling hydrated and looking good. Price point - I think it’s a tad expensive for the amount you get. Lotions get used up pretty fast as in my experience as you don’t use it sparingly so it’s always better to have bigger containers for a good price point. Can also think of other very effective brands for more quantity in that same price. Taking off a star for that! Long term effect - TBD and may come back to report on that. ... show more

This lotion is excellent! I am so glad to find a truly clean product that contains a therapeutic amount of actives that actually work. This product has helped with itching due to buildup of minerals and metals on my skin (we have an older water heater). It has also helped with exfoliating dry skin and diminishing fine lines while encouraging a subtle, dewy glow. I have experienced no irritation from this product, and it feels very light on my skin. Have been using this for 30 years at the rec of my dermatologist who told me it would change the physiology of my skin. He was right. Used to have dry shins and calves, shed dry skin like dandruff, but a slather of this cream after showering keeps my legs smooth and the skin looks great. It will sting a little on very dry skin in the beginning but after a few applications, skin smoothes out, no more dry skin.
