I purchased these to secure my freezer door, as the door would always come loose when the refrigerator was closed. I previously used duct tape to secure the door; however, this is more permanent and looks much nicer. The latch is easy to remove...you can remove with one hand.

So far this is the beat lock I've used for my fridge. My toddlers can't get into it and it's pretty sturdy! It does take a good minute to get use to but would definitely recommend this if you have little ones always getting into things.

I got a new top freezer refrigerator from LG last year, but it had a problem with the freezer door opening every time we close the refrigerator door.
