For those who love to back and/or make pasta, this is PEREFCT. Heavy-duty with a raised 'lip' to easily contain any liquids being used to combine ingredients (egg, water, etc.) as well as keep that flour dusting at bay as you are working the dough. I really love the markings to get consistent lengths right when making pasta (gnocchi, twists, spaghetti and noodles, etc.) as well as the diametrical markings for when rolling out dough for pizzas and pies. Clean-up is a snap, and they even thought of a helpful hole in the sheet to hang it with, as well as a silicone rubber 'tie-strap' to roll up the mat after drying to keep it all neat and tidy when you put it away. This is going to last a lifetime, and what's not to love? Get one - you won't regret it!

It works well, but you will spend a lot of time making sure your counter tops are clean and then cleaning the mat. Every speck of something that remains can be felt through the mat and then it sticks to it. I've cleaned and cleaned. That said, the mat works well, is easy to clean although you will spend time doing it, and stands up to use.

I use this for pizza, sourdough, everything! Easy to use, easy to clean, rolls up neatly for storage. I use vinegar/water sprayer and wipe it after use, much easier than washing in the sink.

This is incredible, the material is very nice and strong, I ordered it in the gray color, looks just like the pictures, I love the fact that I don't have to nead bread on my counter anymore which can be very messy, it is easy to clean, I roll it up and store anywhere. Highly recommended.
