Fantastic service, product, value, and fast delivery. Great people to work with and have great customer service which has been lost in most companies. I have noticed that some people have had problems with foot rest being to hard to latch. If you lay on its back and open the foot rest all the way there are two spring attached to foot rests. If you move the bottom of spring up to the next hole the footrest is easier to close. Just a suggestion as I had to do this because of my weak legs and it works great. ... show more

Bought in Aug 2022, springs are pushing fabric out of seat, cord to recline snapped, chair looks like it’s ready to lose its sides. Poor quality for that amount of time. One year guarantee, big deal.

The chair looks great and it’s semi-easy to put together, but if you sit in it, it’s horrible! The arms move when you try to get up or move around. They act like they are coming out of the slots. I checked and they are in the slots. You can see straight thru to the floor. I guess I don’t have to worry about losing anything in the chair! Lol! It doesn’t glide smoothly at all. On the front left side it feels like it’s rubbing something. I’m thinking of spraying it with WD-40 to see if it will make it glide and not hang up when I’m going forward. I contacted the vendor, but they told me to send them my email, so that I can send them a video outside of Amazon, but even though they say they sent me their direct email with date and time, I didn’t get it. I’m very disappointed in my glider! Looks great, but I doubt it will last 6 months the way they made it! ... show more
