The media could not be loaded. I love this little diffuser. Just fill with tap water, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil, push the button and it turns on. Press the button a second time to select a steady color of your choice, press it a third time for no light/color at all, a Roth time to turn off. It’s so calming with its rainbow of colors and fine, cool mist. This automatically turns off when it runs out of water. This won’t turn your room into a sauna, it’s a cool mist that gives just enough water in the air to help in the dry mountains or dessert. This does make a bit of a bubbling sound which is too loud for me, but I’m a very light sleeper.

I am pleased with this diffuser. The reservoir is larger than other diffusers I have seen, so I don't have to refill it often. That may be a drawback for someone who likes to change fragrances often - just don't fill the reservoir completely. It's easy to clean and operate, although I would have liked separate switches for the light and mist functions. I don't like that the cover does not lock in place, but my only real complaint is that the mist is so gentle it does not travel far from the diffuser. The first scent I chose was very subtle (lemon cupcake) and after running the diffuser constantly for several hours (and adding more oil), I still had to get close to the diffuser (within 2 feet) to smell anything. This morning I cleaned and refilled the diffuser with a bolder blend of oils, however, and it's working like a charm. Which brings me to my absolute favorite feature - Intermittent Misting! I love it! Misting turns on and off in 15 second intervals so the scent never becomes overwhelming, but never dies away either. I am using this in my home office and it fits right in with my office decor. I recommend it!

If you are familiar with these kinds of things and don't need much instruction, then this is a cute option and it works well. If you need instructions, you may find yourself out of luck. They do include a "user manual" with it, but it is a tiny piece of folded paper with tiny print on it that not only does not answer all your questions, but is kind of hard to read anyway. (It instructs you to clean the unit "every 5-6 or 3-5 days," for example.) If you read Chinese, you may have an easier time with the instructions. The charger cable is included, but it does not include a plug unit to plug it into the wall, so unless you've fitted your house with USB power connection plates, you need to be ready to provide your own. Once you get it set up, it works well and covers a nice amount of space on its own. I put it in my large-ish kitchen (about 16x24) and it works fine keeping the area smelling nice.

Works well, the diffuser is pretty powerful and when paired with the correct scent it will be effective even in larger areas, so don't judge it by the size. It looks great, the wooden exterior makes it fitting whether you have modern or classic decor. The instructions were so tiny, it is hard to read and it needs regular cleaning which can get annoying if you use this on regular basis. You will need a power source that you can plug a usb plug in to use this which we did not have initially and had to turn the house up side down to find one.

The media could not be loaded. This little guy puts out a ton of scent! I honestly wasn’t expecting much because the unit arrived in minimal packaging and the wood was a bit cloudy in one spot as pictured above. The unit is lightweight and the interior is very lightweight plastic. The wood also smelled strongly of sandalwood, but this was not a problem for me as I love that scent- if you’re sensitive to it, just be aware. There were two hand-wound power cables included- one was clearly stained as pictured above. The other was in good shape so I’m assuming they were aware that one may not work and they included the second just in case. There is no wall adapter included. There are no directions included but use is very simple: just add water and drops of essential oil and it puts out a stream of mist that does a great job of distributing scent. It’s quite lovely to look at and the lights are subtle and relaxing. Is it a piece of perfection? No. Is it still a great little unit? Absolutely. If you’re going to gift it, be prepared to repackage it and perhaps include a link to the usage directions. Now that it’s up and running, I kind of love it.
