I couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the package containing these plants. They were healthy looking and much larger than I had expected. I thought they would be scraggly little starters, but I received four regular sized plants that would have cost much, much more locally! They all show signs of future growth, so they’ll get even bigger before long. I recently saw a sad little starter plant at a local store with a twelve dollar price tag. I got four beautiful plants from this company for less than twenty dollars! It was fun opening the box because I didn’t know what would be inside. I had been monitoring temperatures so that I could order during a period with temperatures which wouldn’t be too cold. And I monitored their journey so that they wouldn’t have to sit outside in case they arrived early. They were very well packaged. Each plant was individually wrapped and they were in a tall box clearly marked as live plants. They were actually upright on my porch when I found them, so the delivery driver must have noticed the pictures of plants on the box and been careful with them. Each plant had a plastic bag around the pot and a rubber band around the plant. The rubber bands were loose around the plant stems, but they held the dirt in place so that it didn’t spill everywhere. Each plant was also wrapped in a paper cone which protected the foliage. Tearing open the paper cones was like opening presents. Seeing the beautiful plants inside was a wonderful feeling. My package included two different types of peperomia, a syngonium with beautiful pinkish/burgundy accents and a pothos with golden accents. The peperomia plants were a waxy leafed rubber tree type and a bumpy leafed type with beautiful burgundy lines in the leaves. Local merchants would have easily charged around ten dollars or more for each plant, especially in winter months when they’re hard to find. When I opened the plants, I set one peperomia and both vining plants inside a pretty rectangular plastic basket that just happened to be sitting on the kitchen table while I ran to get some planters to put their pots in. This accidentally created a beautiful arrangement because the basket was the exact height of the pots. A local florist was recently charging over sixty dollars for arrangements like my happy accident looked. These plants are perfect for arrangements, but they’re full enough to look great individually, too. For one low price, you can have all kinds of possibilities. And getting plants this way is much more fun than picking through overcrowded plants at local nurseries or picking through sick, buggy plants at local stores with employees who have no idea how to care for them. I’ve never had much luck with houseplants purchased locally, but I have a good feeling about these plants. As soon as I got them out of their packaging to warm up, I added more to my Amazon shopping list. I’m looking forward to ordering them periodically just to see what surprises arrive. The company says that plant selections are seasonal, so ordering periodically throughout the year should be fun. They’re affordable enough to share and they would make wonderful gifts. If an entire package is sent as a gift, it would probably be wise to let the gift recipient know and then monitor their journey so that they don’t get left outside in the cold. A plant lover would probably love getting a surprise like this. The ones I received could make lots of smaller starters, so just one package has lots of potential. This company supports animals, so these plants would also make a nice gift idea for animal lovers. The box includes a card with contact information for the company in case you aren’t happy with the plants you receive. For under twenty dollars, it’s definitely worth giving them a try.

This was delivered early and I had to rush to the store for some planters today. The box was super damaged but the plants were mostly safe. 3 of them look great. 1 plant lost a lot of leaves but I think it was caused more from over saturation than damage in shipping. I’m hoping I can get it healthy again. Still a great buy for the price.

I will start with the good news. As others have remarked in their reviews, this four plant, pet-friendly, starter pack arrived timely and the packaging was a decent attempt. I anticipated small plants, but these were truly a healthy starter pack. The size on three of the plants were at least 6 inches in height and the leaves were quite full. Three of the four plants arrived healthy and in good shape. Each plant was in a plastic starter pot wrapped in plastic with a rubber band held snuggly around the leaves, presumably to keep the soil from getting out. The plants were damp, indicating plenty of water prior to shipping. Now for the not so great news… One of the plants completely fell apart when I removed the rubber band. It was held together so snug that it cut most of the leaves off. See the pictures. I googled how to propagate the leaves, so we’ll see if I can salvage any of the leaves that fell off, but in the meantime, you can see what’s left, which isn’t much. This was disappointing and so for that reason I removed a couple of stars. Overall, I would take a chance again and don’t feel compelled to request a return. This was based solely on the price, which was extremely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the plants, so overall, I am satisfied. However, had one more of the plants arrived in the condition of the damaged plant, I would’ve definitely requested a refund. Interestingly enough the outside shipping box was completely intact, but there was too much room for movement and I believe that’s what caused the other plants to get banged around during shipping. A bit disappointing as it could’ve been prevented with better packaging.

I had ordered before when we had a terrible freakishly cold snap, at NO fault of the seller my shipment arrived frozen and dead. Like they stated 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they made good and credited me back. I was so sad that those plants went to waste and promised I would come back and purchase again when the weather warmed and I am so glad that I did! I purchased the 4-pack. I was so surprised at the size. These are so beautiful, healthy and full and a couple already need to be repotted into a larger pot. If I had one tiny complaint… and to me, it really is a small one, I am new-ish to plants and they didn’t come with the plant name so I have no idea what I got or how to care for them but I am having fun researching them at least and with the internet, you can find anything with pictures these days! Just a suggestion for those that may not be as willing or able to do the research. Finally, I really appreciate the company itself supporting their local animal shelters and pet rescue / adoption. It is near and dear to my heart and they will have a customer for life if they keep up their cause and great products. For the cost, the size of the plants, their cause, they get 5 stars all day from me and then some!

I ordered 2 boxes. I assumed since they had a large variety I would get 8 different kinds. But I did not. Both boxes were the same. I was a bit disappointed. All but 1 in each box was in good condition. The 2 that were dead, were the same 2.1 from each box. But I don't know how to contact the company. There is no number. But very satisfied with the rest. Just wish I had more of a variety. This is a follow up to me review. Ends up 4 of my plants are dead. And they are 2 of the same. Like I said I got 2 orders. Figuring I would get 8 different flowers. So the 4 that died were 2 of the same. Equaling 4 flowers 2 were one kind the other 2 were one kind. I don't know what to do to get 4 new flowers. I'm very upset. I did everything I could to save them
