its ok for the price, however, this is appropriate for very, very, very small people, it sits amazingly, ridiculously low to the ground almost like a joke. I'm using it as a cat bed, the back although is only three screws it took me about an hour to make it fit. Screws are at an angle and you have to hold the bottom heave part to assemble... Like walking and chewing gum at the same time. If you are less than 5 foot tall, love to have assemble sharp wood that splinters in your hand. Oh let's not forget sharp velcro thorny application to the border that will get your fingers while you are fighting to get the impossible screws on. Never again. ... show more

Nutshell - was expecting the wood to be a little darker, the gray fabric to be a little "grayer", and the height when seated to allow me to look eye-to-eye with my living room guests on the couch. Ugh! Legs very blond and didn't match anything. The gray has a washed out look. Eh! The throw pillow is about 12" and doesn't fill the back of the chair. They(I bought 2) sit so low that my elderly parents can't get up from the chair. Deeply disappointed. Plus side, the shape of the arms is quite nice. However the plastic screw head covers look cheap and don't snap into place. Ugh. This design was on the right track but failed. Sad because I have to pay for return shipping, which isn't cool. So I will take the loss and put them in two bedrooms. They have some cuteness but not comfortable. Child height or maybe teen playing video games. The shipping just isn't worth the hassle. Would only pay $75 for these max if I'd see them in person. Seller accepts a return...(Thank you???) but not worth the hassle. Had to buy two more chairs. ... show more

Unfortunately, these chairs did not meet our expectations. They are extremely low and not decent quality. We decided to request a return just to find out that we can’t return them unless we pay for return, which, mind you, costs more than the chairs themselves. So now we are stuck we two chairs that we completely dislike. Also, customer service is horrible because it took a week of emails to finally get that answer since they write back to one email a day at three in the morning. Disappointed in this experience will not recommend or repurchase again. Please beware of return policies! ... show more

Great value. Cushions are a little hard but maybe need to be broken in. I bought wooden plugs for a few dollars at the hardware store instead of the red plastic ones it came with to plug the screw holes and it looks great. I bought these matching pillow covers on amazon as well and they gave it a little more texture. ... show more

I actually really like the chair. It does sit low and deep so you kind of sink back into it, which I like. I’m 5’4” approx 165lbs and I can sit comfortably “Indian style” in it. If I sit all the way back, my feet barely graze the floor because of the seat angle- so probably wouldn’t recommend for older/disabled folks as it may be hard to get out of. The pillow’s not the best but it adds a little somethin to the aesthetic. The BIG problem I have with this chair is after assembling, I noticed one of the arms had a huge almost complete split in the wood literally right under where your hand would rest. I should have inspected it prior to putting together but it is kind of hard to notice. For now the chair is functional but I probably won’t be moving/lifting it from the arm rests and I honestly didn’t feel like going through the trouble taking it apart and repackaging to return. Plus the box kind of arrived beat. I’ll probably have to wood glue the arm rest together at some point which is pretty disappointing considering what I paid for it. All in all, it is a really nice accent chair but make sure you fully inspect that your wood is not cracked like mine was. Because of the experience, I had to downgrade my rating. These chairs of so uncomfortable. Where there looks to be padding, there is not. You sit down and expect to meet a soft seat, but your bum is instead bruised from the sheer hardness of the seat. The ugly, cheap pillow that I was going to just toss out with the box is necessary to keep from busting your back against the hard seat back. The material came stained with boot prints, so that was fun to clean. The wood came scratched in places, but luckily the scratches were hidden once completed. Don't buy these chairs. They aren't worth the money it took to build them. The only reason we kept them was because it took too long to put together and it wasn't worth our time to take apart and send back. We will replace them in a year or so after no use. I won't even sell them to a neighbor. I'll just put them out for free. ... show more

Much bigger than we had originally thought, which is a bonus! The chair is sturdy and not too low to the ground. The cushions are firm, but this is the perfect accent chair. In our home, we mainly use our couch and accent chairs are just extra seating for guests. Assembly was wonky and took way longer than it should have, but isn’t a dealbreaker. Custom service was very kind to work with. Please know that if your product arrives with any fawls or damage, they will work you to make it right. Just be persistent. One of my chairs arrived discolored. Product is meticulously packed. Five star packing! However, know that to return these is not free. It is at your cost to ship them back and these are big, heavy boxes. It's very pricey. I would only recommend purchasing these chairs if you're 100% committed to keep these chairs. ... show more
