Poorly made. The couch cushions come vacuum sealed so you're thinking “oh they just need some time to puff up.” However, it’s clear they are not going to. They are floppy like a damn tortilla, no joke. The pieces do not align together, it takes forever and a half to put together and it’s not very comfortable. Purchased for the bed and storage capabilities/size for our RV. I will not be going through the hassle of returning after I’ve already put it together, so it is what it is. This couch has really impressed me. I’ve had it for a few months and was a bit skeptical at first. I thought the materiel would maybe be a problem as it felt soft and thin. I have dogs and worried they would tear the materiel with their nails. NOPE. They rough house on it all the time while I’m yelling at them to get off and not a single tear. I’m really mostly impressed with the materiel. Not only has it withstood the rough housing I don’t allow but the dogs do anyways, it’s easy to clean and lifts about anything. Muddy paws on the couch, cleans right up! My boyfriend accidentally spilled a whole glass of red wine. The red wine came right up! My dog decided to find a sharpie and create artwork all over the couch, the sharpie ink came right up!! Best friend spilled paint on the couch, came right up! I’m about to not let a soul touch this couch anymore as I’m tired of cleaning it up, but at least it can be cleaned!! ... show more

I absolutely love this sofa. It’s gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious. The color is a beautiful, rich gray which can appear to have blue or taupe undertones depending on lighting. I use it as my main sofa and it’s fantastic - it looks like a more expensive sofa and I’ve received multiple compliments. You cannot get a better sofa for the price. The couch fell apart after one week of purchase, because it is poorly manufactured and misaligned. THE SCREW HOLES AND THE CONNECTORS DO NOT LINE UP. It's impossible to properly assemble this couch, unless you have your own tools. The feet are a cheap plastic and currently My couch is being held together with zip ties. I asked the seller to send me some longer connectors and a partial refund for inconvenience. They offered me a $15 partial refund for furniture that cost over $500 with the delivery fee. They also said to squeeze the furniture together really hard to make it fit. The audacity of these people to sell furniture that cannot be properly assembled without having superman strength, and then telling the customers, just make it work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS HEADACHE. ... show more

This set is honestly beautiful in appearance, it is perfect for an apartment and in comes in a few big boxes that are heavy but it wasn’t too terrible to carry them to the second floor. The set does pick up dust and lint pretty fast but it is easy to clean as well. Aesthetically speaking this set is beautiful. My one caution would be, YOU WILL BE MISSING PIECES! I did see this a few times in the reviews but I thought maybe a few people accidentally lost a screw or two, there’s no way that many people would be missing pieces. That was until I got the set, and I too was missing maybe 4-6 screws. I contacted the seller to let them know and nothing still has been done. She offered to give me $10 to purchase the screws from Home Depot or a hardware store but stated they were unable to send them from the warehouse. So please understand when buying this set, you will more than likely need to purchase screws from elsewhere as well. Other than that, the set is beautiful, comfortable, and sturdy. ... show more
