Once you dial in your dose and grind it’s a pretty good home espresso machine. Froths milk very well. My only gripe is the waste when grinding coffee into the portafilter , it overflows. There should be a sleeve attachment to compensate. Obviously there’s a work around for this but straight out the box there’s a bit of waste. As a former barista, this machine does everything the commercial machines can and is equally time efficient. HOWEVER the pucks are always soggy no matter what adjustments I make or how many YouTube refreshers I watch. I am awaiting arrival of a puck screen which is the only adjustment I haven't tried. Shots still pull "okay" with decent crema. I paid $399 for this as there was a $100 discount. Probably not worth $499 honestly, so if they're asking full price for this then you might look for a different one at that price. ... show more

This is my first ever espresso machine. However, it has all the extras that anyone would want and I love it! Once you do a couple of trial runs you will not be disappointed! I love the built in burr grinder and choosing the size of grind. I did a lot of research for months in deciding on which espresso machine was the best one to go with. This espresso machine is a high end machine with all the accessories you could possibly need. Had my first home-made cappuccino less than 30 minutes after unpacking and setting everything up and it tasted like heaven. Better than any Starbucks beverage. The only thing I had trouble finding was the cleaning pin for the steam wand. But the seller responded to my email almost instantly and told me it that it is located behind the drip tray, which is a great spot for it since you are less likely to misplace it that way. I am totally in love with this espresso machine and can't wait to create some cool designs on my cappuccinos. ... show more

I do like the machine however for paying $500 it should not be having problems shutting off when pushing button and the machine seems to leak alot of water into reservoir, have ro check machine at least every other day.
