Stopped working after 6 times. Read and did everything the trouble shooting directions said to do and still no water flow. Been using it for a little over a week now. While the instructions could have been written better, the unit itself IS easy to use once you figure it out and it makes some solid Espresso. It seems to get plenty hot, the frother works fine, it's a bit tall, but that's fine (it does have a small "footprint" on the counter, it's just tall) and the adjustable shot size is a nice feature that works well and is easy to use... The only question now? How long will it last? From what I gather, espresso machines (not just this brand) often have a short life (even expensive ones)... Though, I don't know if that's from misuse, or poor manufacturing.... If it makes it a year, I'd call it a 5 star unit for the price... But we're only a week in so far at 1 - 2 2-shot pulls a day.... ... show more
