Title: Better Than Breville for Half the Price! I can’t recommend this espresso machine enough! As someone who used to work at Starbucks and then spent years going there every day (yes, 365 days a year), this machine has completely transformed my coffee routine and saved me a ton of money. I was skeptical at first because I’ve always been loyal to higher-end brands like Breville, but this machine works just as well—if not better—and costs half as much. It’s super easy to use and navigate, but I highly recommend reading the instructions and following the guide to get that perfect shot. Once you dial it in, the results are consistently smooth and flavorful. It also comes with everything you need to get started, except for the two espresso glasses shown in the pictures, so keep that in mind. I really am in love with this machine. It's really very easy to operate and once your grind setting at the right amount, (it takes a few cups to get the right setting) then you have a good cup of Expresso. The milk frothing is so simple and it does such a great job. If you're looking to buy one of these, then trust me it's a good buy. I was looking at the Ninja Expresso maker as well, but it had way to many bad reviews, and at $549 it's just not feasible to buy a piece of crap for that amount. This machine is about $250 cheaper and it outshines that Ninja machine by a large margin. I am a newbie. I've not previously owned an Espresso machine before so have nothing to compare this one to. I will say it seems well made and offers many features and drink creation options. This one comes with various accessories and tools to get started on your journey to being a home barista. However, you will likely find that you will be needing to refer to and study some information and guidance available online (...there is an abundance across the web!) for tips and methods to improve and fine-tune your espresso making craft. You'll then need to do and make adjustments to do what is appropriate. For example, their booklet indicates the default setting for coffee grind quantity is appropriate for a double espresso. My own experience is showing the measurement to be not ideal and inadequate. Their machine allows for, and instruction guide describes how to, modify/change this setting. Although, the steps and method will require a number of efforts to try and get it dialed in. And then this could all need to be changed again if you switch coffees. Their "quick guide" indicates pre-heating of the steam wand should take a few seconds however I am finding it takes almost 30 seconds. Don't know if that is reasonable and actually more appropriate, or if something on machine is not working properly. Overall, I'm enjoying using this Espresso Machine however will state it does involve a fair amount of effort. As well as learning & fine-tuning the process on your part as the user. (e.g. You are instructed to tamp the ground espresso powder to ~25-30 pounds of pressure. This will take some practice and likely some outside accessories to help you accomplish this process step consistently.) If you desire to just press a button and be done in making an espresso, an espresso machine such as this one is likely not for you. If you desire to perhaps be more hands-on and learn the art and craft of the process, this one seems like a good one as the features it has, as well as the pricing it is offered at, is reasonable for what you get. ... show more

I love this espresso machine. I have been wanting a machine that has the grinder and frother too. Coffee quality is amazing and the brew speed is amazing. I think is a very good value for the money and you are able to use it easily and don’t have to be an expert to do great coffee.

Machine looks good, l follow the directions first coffee was ok but after that the grinder could not adjust the griding thickness in 1 and 30 was thr same thickness so the machine was getting clogged every time, l used thicker coffee and the coffee came out cold. Phone the number in the very instruction pamphlet and just tapes, machine going back to amazon. Do not waste your time please. ... show more
