This ANYCOLD espresso machine is easy for a first-time home cappuccino or espresso maker to master. The directions are clear and they work correctly if followed (a rarity for instruction manuals). It took me two or three tries before I got the frothing feature to work optimally. Consider purchasing a 12oz frothing pitcher; that size pitcher fits reasonably well under the machine's frothing arm and can be angled correctly per the instructions (the machine doesn't come with a frothing pitcher). The espresso function is very straightforward and brews consistently. Do use the pre-heat function before brewing. The filter fits in the filter basket and is easy to remove; just line the circle inside the filter with the square cut-out in the basket and the filter just lifts out. I suggest not turning the filter and basket upside down and dumping used coffee grounds into the trash unless you are sure the circle isn't lined up; otherwise, you may throw the metal filter into the trash and have to retrieve it. This is the first espresso machine I've ever purchased and I think it is a good fit for my needs. My teenage son tried using it earlier today and was able to brew his own drink without my assistance. Various family members now take a couple of minutes and just hang out in the kitchen chatting while brewing or enjoying their beverages. It's been just over a week post-receipt and I have no complaints with this machine, which additionally only has a small footprint on my kitchen countertop. All around a win-win.

This 20 Bar Espresso Machine has completely upgraded my coffee routine! For such a compact unit, it delivers powerful, café-quality results right at home. The stainless steel design looks sleek on my counter, and the setup was super simple. The 20-bar pressure makes a rich, smooth espresso with a beautiful crema every single time. The steam milk frother works great too — it heats quickly and makes silky foam for lattes and cappuccinos. I’ve been making drinks that taste just as good as the coffee shop (and saving a ton of money!). I also love the 34oz removable water tank. It holds enough for several cups before needing a refill and is really easy to clean. The machine heats up fast, is surprisingly quiet, and takes up very little space. I have trialed 6 other espresso machines. Many were flimsy and appeared they would easily break. This one appears durable and not cheaply made like many others. Price was comparable to others that were much less sturdy. The unit is slim but has a good size water reserve. It fits on my counter space with regular coffee maker and K-cup unit. Other reliable models were huge and took up valuable counter space. The unit also is intuitive for ease in operation. Others I tried kept having grounds spill into cup, this one produced a perfect cappuccino first try. I had other units that would not even fit a small coffee cup underneath. This allows space for a normal size mug! No need to purchase Tony espresso cups unless you want to do so. It steamed milk easily for 120 seconds. Drinks come out steaming hot. After many trial runs, I’d highly recommend this unit! Can’t find any negatives at all.

This has been a game changer for my mornings. What an upgrade from my Keurig and so worth. Love the fact I can make lattes whenever I want. The ONLY thing that I don’t like is the espresso doesn’t come out scorching hot so if you add cream it’ll cool your coffee a lot, but if you steam your milk it makes the perfect drinkable temperature. Looks great and super sleek.

Okay, I was looking forward to this purchase and right when it arrived I had to try right away! It’s compact! We usually like to take our coffee machines on vacays (our huge one is so heavy and loud). It also looks great on my counter — the stainless steel design gives it that classy coffee shop vibe. The steam wand works way better than I thought it would and froths milk perfectly for my lattes (my rose lattes). I can’t make heart designs but I’ll keep practicing! Overall, it’s the perfect size, easy to use, and makes delicious espresso drinks at home. Totally worth it if you want café-style coffee without the big machine or price tag!

I am in love with this expresso machine. It heats up pretty quickly and makes rich flavorful coffee with professional expresso experience. It is perfect for everyday coffee lovers. I have used more expensive brand of expresso machine but found absolutely no difference in quality and taste. It is super easy to use and clean and great value for money. The sleek stainless steel compact design makes it look expensive. The stainless steel construction feels durable and high quality. Milk frother works great for lattes and cappuccinos.
