How concerning, I recieved a used machine. Initially I saw a wrinkly manual with coffee stains then I said "maybe it was from the delivery" but as I opened the box there was coffee stains on the machine. Oh goodness. This is not trust worthy.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I’m honestly so happy with it. It makes delicious coffee, and the best part is that I can make two espressos at the same time perfect when I’m in a rush or someone else wants coffee too. It has a steam wand for heating and frothing milk, and it turns out super creamy, just like at a café. There are several functions I’ve been trying out, and they’re all really easy to use (though I’m already obsessed with just the espresso). And I won’t lie🤭 I also chose it because it’s cute it looks so nice in my kitchen. Feels like such a great purchase.😍

I love this little espresso machine as a beginners espresso machine!!! I was a little angry at first when I got it and tried using it. It was airlocked and I follwed all instructions. It took hours to get it working...but since then has been working fine in brewing espresso. The warming plate on the top doesn't get very hot and only works half the time, but I don't use it anyhow. I don't use the steam wand as my main purpose is to add espresso to my iced coffee. Takes a few seconds to heat up and start brewing with a little noise. Read a review before about the annoying power button blinking constantly, it was annoying but a piece of black electrical tape solves it. It does leave the grounds a little wet after brewing. I've found that in grinding my own beans, just a hair finer than what's recommended works better and leaves the grounds not as wet. You'll definitely need to buy an accessories kit that has the WDR tool, espresso press, and 51mm screens! They do help make a better cup!

The media could not be loaded. My expensive espresso machine is getting up there in years so I wanted to get the breville but money’s been tight so I chose to go with this as it’s significantly cheaper, I’m honestly amazed with the quality of latte’s I get from this! It’s a lighter weight machine so it vibrates when shots are being poured so I have to hold them but it’s so quick and efficient, the shots taste creamy and smooth (obviously the quality of beans are a big part of that) I’ve had it now for over 6 months and it’s still working perfectly.

I’ve never made espresso before and this is the first espresso machine I’ve ever owned or used. This machine didn’t have a lot of reviews, but the reviews it had were pretty good. The price was great and it didn’t look super cheap, so I figured I’d give it a go. Shipping was super fast (overnight) and the packaging was very protective. There was nothing broken when I opened it up. Set up was super easy. You plug it in, fill up the water tank, and it’s ready to go. I read the reviews and people said to run the steam wand before brewing to get air out of the lines so that’s the first thing I did. I ran the steam wand and then I ran an espresso shot without the coffee to make sure the lines were clean and working. Everything worked exactly as it should! I then ran the a double shot with grounds (I used pre-ground Cafe Bustelo) and it worked beautifully. There was no mess and the grounds were easy to clean out of the filter. The instructions told you how to steam froth the milk and it was very simple. It took less than 5 minutes to make the coffee, and the taste was phenomenal! I can’t wait to try different homemade coffee drinks! So far I am very happy with this purchase!
