I purchased the Keenstar Espresso Machine in August, and it’s a great espresso machine at a wonderful price. I have used the machine daily with no issues so far. The coffee comes out with a great taste and the machine is easy to use. Stainless steel appearance, stylish and durable, and ideal for any size kitchen. Bought the Keenstar 20 Bar Espresso Machine because, well, I like coffee. Directions are a little confusing at first but once you get going it is actually super easy to use. Speed is similar to a Keurig so you get a good 1 or 2 ounce espresso in about a minute. Steamer works great but wish it would swing a little farther. You can steam your creamer and then a minute later you have espresso to put it in. Water capacity is awesome, since you are only using 1-3oz at a time you are not refilling it very much. You can get about 15-20 espressos per fill. I like the fact that it has a pressure gauge on the front. Make sure that you don’t let the coffee ground to sit for more than an hour or so as they become rock-like but also resist the urge to empty it right after brewing as there will still be residual water in the grinds that will make a mess. Just let it sit for a few minutes unless you are making another. Product quality is solid and I would recommend it.

This is my first espresso machine, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The quality of the espresso is amazing, and it’s so easy to use—even for a beginner like me. I’ve recommended it to family and friends, and both my mom and my best friend ended up purchasing it. They love it just as much as I do! One thing to keep in mind is the extra maintenance items you’ll need, like descaler and cleanser. It’s a small investment, but totally worth it considering how much money I’ve saved by not buying coffee outside. The size is also perfect for small kitchens with limited counter space. If you’re on the fence about getting an espresso machine, this one is definitely worth it. It’s been a game-changer for my morning routine, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Ok I was all excited about a new espresso machine to replace my circa 2007 gaggia unit. Got all unpacked and fortunately saved all packing. OK so plug it in follow all instructions to the t. Hit the switch and the needle on the pressure guage slowly starts to move, then POP, and the machine is done, turns on, lights on but will not pump water from the reservoir, looked for trouble shooting section in the manual.. No help. Made the mistake of calling Amazon for tech support. The inept agent started reading from the owners manual, trying to take me through everything I had just done 3 times. I snapped at that point. Ended up getting a replacement ordered, which is arriving later today and they even did a pick up. Amazon should not offer "technical support" on products they don't train their people on. It's disrespectful to long time loyal customers. Get your crap together. I will update after setting up replacement. Not a happy camper right now.. UPDATE : Received a replacement unit from Amazon. While this unit pumps water and pressurizes it does not produce hot espresso.. So folks in my opinion it would be wise to avoid this brand. I received an email reply from the seller offering me a full refund and I accepted. I will wait to hear from them before doing my return with Amazon.

Pretty good espresso machine, especially considering the price. It's got a nice design, the water tank is very easy to refill, the cup basin inserts nicely, and it's quite easy to clean. Only complaints are that it was a bit finicky to get to work the first time (no issues with it working since), and the anti-scald handle on the steam wand is pretty much useless due to how flimsy it is, but otherwise it's quite good. I've noticed some people have complained of the steam wand shooting out hot water instead of steam. It does this for me, but only for a few seconds before shooting out steam- I actually find it handy, as I always keep a rag by the machine and use said water to wet the rag and wipe down everything after each use.
